For the rear brakes use a line lock, you can plumb it so when activated it doesn't allow any pressure to the rear and you can still control the front brakes with your pedal.

Check with a dirt late model guy, they run a brake cut out for their right front. Not sure how they work, but could make it to where you could shut off rear brakes when needed
I think JHDiesel should take some notes about diesel burn out truck. Maybe a collaboration will happen soon! Nothing against JH, just had bad luck with his diesel burn out trucks!

Or you can run a proportioning valve then you just turn it to all all fronts no rear when u want to party
