I cannot be the only one who clicks like button before watching Plasmo's video.
So do I ! I know it's gonna be good !!
Your not the only one
Ditto here, you are not alone.
I concur
evertime
What a beautiful model. Plasmo, you are a true artist.
Oh wow, not sure how I missed this video. Many years ago I 3D modelled the rocket, trailer and Hanomag for part of a WW2 Flans Mod vehicle pack in Minecraft back in the day, I did a lot of research to make it as accurate as I could, so this brings back a lot of memories. Outstanding work as always!
I remember reading about this build on Modelling News and thinking "Man, that truck is a bit overweathered. Wonder how David will do this kit".
And then I realized that it was you that wrote the article. 😂
I have just ordered this model and did not know you have a video about that. The kit is inspiring itself, but you made it even more! Thank you!
Great job and incredible weathering. I’m building this right now and decided to come here for pointers. Got that in spades. Thank you very much.
Really love painting and weathering on that V2 matey, brings a lot attention. Stay safe David!
I love your vids too!!
PLASMO is my favourite modeler. May take him a bit to upload a video but damn. .....when he does you know the model is going to be miles ahead of anything you can do. Honestly PLASMO if your reading this keep it up I love what your doing
I have switched from 1/35 scale to 1/72 just because i started watching your channel!! Only been modeling for just over a year and realized i should of started off learning the tricks on smaller scale! I also started by making takom and meng 1/35 kits!! I have had a steep learning curve! Its the painting/weathering i need to get right and im learning a lot from your channel! So thanks!!
There are two types of modelers. The ones who care about the exact historical detail and the exact tone of the color or shade they use, and the artists!
Dear friend Plasmo you are an artist! And i am a big fan of you.
It's great achievment to make a tiny thing look real and not toy!
Outstanding. You are an artist and a modeller, the eye you have for shading and weathering is amazing! Keep it up!

@Sebastian Bach No no no, that was the jewish‘s people job.
Gratuluje.

Beautiful exceptional model work and a fine kit I could see Werner von Brawn wanting to buy that and build it in his a spare time 😉
I continue to admire your patience in applying so much detail to such small models.
PLASMO is the guy who never lets those silly production #'s and pin holes go unnoticed! I have no idea what living creature on earth (besides ants) who'd see those things on the fenders and roof of the truck :-)
As the builder you know its there, even if you cant see it.
Good one,David. a beautiful paint job. The Hanomag SS100,looks similar to the British Scammell heavy tractor/truck. Thanks 4 sharing your ideas with us.
I am new to this channel and I have to be honest with you, your modeling skills are off the hook brother. You are the best. I love watching you put these plastics pieces together and bring them to life. Great stuff!!!
Really enjoy how you paint all the kit. Very realistic and super detailed
I got this kit last september and started it, im now inspired to get it back out and get it finished!!!!
Great job as always!
Quick pronunciation point: "dull" rhymes with "skull" and "hull," it does not rhyme with "tool" or "full."
👍😊
Thanks a lot and good hint. I will try to memorize that. :-D
The music in your videos is just on point. A joy for the eye and ear. Keep the great work going , u are an idol to me.
this is the greatest model kit ever
Další úžasné video s úžasným výsledkem! Děkuji že je tady takový úžasný kanál. :)
Excellent video & job building your Takom V-2 Rocket, Hanomag SS100, Meillerwagen too!!
thank you Plasmo for continuing to surprise with your art !
Best modelling youtuber strikes again with a lovely new video!
2 PLASMO videos in one week? What is this? Christmas?
I never thought of using airbrush and water for clearing dust out of panel lines. Great tip!
David as usual your builds are неимоверный!
Your model builds are an absolute joy to watch! It's always so exciting to see a new video up on your channel. I'd give you two or more thumbs-up if i could!
As was pointed out, a weathered V2 is highly improbable... I built a one and resisted the temptation to weather it. This being said, I love your builds, great technique and detailing.
Its a hobby, he wanted to weather it. So what.
@@greedlike it's my opinion -so what.
Wow! Great one fellow model builder!! Although we are in far different levels...! You’re videos capture my attention. Too bad that model wasn’t able to go from: mobile to launch from the manufacturer. I’m going to attempt some of your methodologies. Thanks and keep em coming brother ✌🏻
Really nice kitt, and really good scalemodeler.😊👌
hi, great job! I have a question, where do I find the link for the rocket camouflage? Thank
Another stunning piece - I have total admiration for your skill
BRILLIANT
Great done. Looks perfect. I hope Takom will do more 1:72 scale kit, I also must try! ;)
Some full brass would have been nice on the radiator. Back then they used brass and copper for the radiators. Maybe some brass with green around edges of the chip.
One thing you may want to consider...towards the end the V-2s were launched very quickly after being built. So the trailer and trucks were very beat up but some V-2s were launched with wet paint practically.
The best thing i can imagine in new years morning to watch this videos and relax all day long :)
Wonderful weathering of the truck!! Love your build!
Hello again from South Africa.. Thank you David..Turned out amazing
Nice, I liked this build and the weathering technique you used. Very cool! Thanks for posting another great video!
Excellent work... But so rusty rocket will definitely explode on launch site or in midair.
Excellent video! Despite its faults, I really like this kit - well moulded and lots of good detail but smaller scale makes it more manageable. Thanks!
Really nice. It would be cool to make a small diorama, perhaps with a couple of allied troops, of whatever nation you like, looking at it. The only addition I would give, would be a camouflaged tarpaulin placed loosely over the A-4 'Vergeltungswaffen Zwei'.
I enjoy watching your videos as your attention to detail is outstanding, thank you for sharing.
PLASMO POWER!!!
Only people who are very very god can make it look this easy 👍 Great skill and excellent technique- - thanks for sharing
this really looks great, one of the best i've ever seen of a V2. keep up the great work!
The kit is definitely very worth of the price with great detail and everything you need to build it straight out of the box. However kits like that come with a pretty high price. Not saying that they are not worth it, but they shouldn't start replacing all the other cheap kits released in the market, that can also give you a very respectable finish with a little of scratchbuilding as well.
Looks great.... very inspiring... can't wait get my hands on my own builds again
Another fantastic build, and great techniques! :)
Excellent work David, great weathering
So many plasmo videos! You made my day! Amazing skills as always! Keep up the great work
As always: Incredible work! I'm always amazed by you modells! Keep the good work up!
So I've looked for the music that kicks in 7:10 and didn't find it :( Could anyone tell me the name ?
I don't know what sort of a moron would give your videos a thumbs-down, but please ignore it. Excellent work as usual.
Probably some idiot who thinks making german vehicles means your a nazi!!! The world is overflowing with complete morons! I blame the internet!!! Lol!
That's the only thing I could think of as well. No Apollo missions without the V2.
Probably a moral statement, since the V2 mainly targeted civilians.
@@joeshmoe9978 come on! People make american jets that are currently involved in killing civilians in many placrs! I make russian tanks and armoured vehicles which are ubiquitous in the ranks of al nusra and isis or in syrias and iraqs military! Plenty of innocent blood spilt there! Wat about building a merkeva tank? Israel is infamousfor persecuting unarmed civilians! Does that mean they shouldnt be built in 8 inches of plastic? The guy was being a moron, nothing more nothing less!
moomin troll yeah, I know. I was just making a guess as to why somebody would dislike the video, as the actual building process was perfect.
I click like button before i watch, because i know its gonna be a work of art.
Another awesome build!
Very enjoyable to watch as always!
Beautiful job on the weathering!
I love plamso and his amazing vidz
Good reply, I also love the Plmoso
hehe :3
I sometimes find myself thinking about his big package
Thats a real masterpiece you made here!!!
What is the name of the song from 13:00 have been searhing since days? I really need it :)
Johannes Bronlof - Dreaming of Tomorrow 4. You have it in closing credits.
Great as always ! You make it seems so easy...
Wieder ein Super Modell.Sehr schön gebaut.Deine Video's sind Klasse. Mach weiter so!👏👏👏👍
I've been studied German for 2 years. I've understood 1/2 of your comment, Kamarad (I hope I wrote it correctly) 🤣
Okay so like loved the video but how small is the truck and how bugs the rocket did they forget to add the tow ropes and the other 12 trucks
You know how you can watch a really good artist just doodle and it somehow comes out looking really good, and you think to yourself ‘I can fo that’, and then you do and it looks like a 3 year old just scribbled on paper? Well, I see what he does, I have the same materials, I try to mimic the actions, and let’s just say it doesn’t like like the finished object, or really anything else recognizable in our universe. At least I can see what I’ll never be able to attain. I just don’t have the artistic flair I guess. That said, I still have fun. That’s something I guess.
G'day David - you have inspired me to build this kit. You mention in your video that there is a link to camouflage templates in the description but I cannot find them. Are you able to post it again, please? Thanks.
A weathered and aged V2 rocket.....???
This is not possible. Once they were built in the factory, they were shipped to a launch site ....... and launched. I studied many pictures of V-2's, before I typed this text, but I could NOT find a single picture of an old, weathered and worn V-2. They just did not exist in WW2. Unless you are depicting a truck and a rocket, many years after WW2.
I did find pictures of a V-2, covered in blankets with camouflage patterns. That means the rockets had extra protection....! (= no weathering, clean rocket)
The truck looks like it's a hundred years old, too...........
On the box the drawing artist made a big mistake by aging and weathering the vehicles. I hoped you would NOT make that mistake....

David, I like you You are a good sport !! ;-)
No matter what I say, though, I still think you are a great modeler. Fair is fair !!!!
Thanks a lot. I agree with everything, and I appreciate the comment.
so why I did this?
It is sometimes more essential for me to make model enjoyable and show interesting techniques then focus on precise realism. I am a big fan of sci-fi and fantasy, so I am affected, and I do not have problem paint model with hello kitty scheme. for example, this one is abandoned in dark German forest in 1949. I can imagine that. :-D
I think this one looks a little bit dirty. No, just kidding. I do not want to argue.

PLASMO - plastic models ....so when can we expect the hello kitty V2 video!? 😛
@@telescopereplicator bro who cares about facts though....
Sven, one day you will be a great judge. One who doesn't care about facts. I think you will be very popular very quickly............
Class all the way as usual.
plasmo you can build the takom king tiger 1/35 with interior and zimmerit n 2045
yes
whats this about it being overweathered, if you watched the video he did say abandoned after ww2.
This build demands a mega diorama....please please 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
YOU ARE REALY THE BEST. Thank you my friend. Brasilian Hugs!!!
hi plasmo, can you please share how do you thin your tamiya acrylic colors and at what psi settings do you normally use to airbrush your models. thank you for sharing your excellent videos. joseph@singapore
veľmi pekná práca :) , radosť pozerať
once again a masterpiece of precision!
Tvoje videa jsou prostě TOP..:-)
In my humble knowledge!V-2 rocket no needed camouflage colour and massive launched on Atlanta wall there's a lot of guns and planes for air raids!
Ahoj mal by som taku otazku k praci s olejami :) Okolo casu 10:00 ked nanasas rozne vrstvy olejovych farieb a rozotieras ich. Priebezne to aj lakujes? Teda ze spravis nejaku pracu s nejakou farbou. Nechas zaschnut, potom laka a zasa dalsiu farbu oleju?
Ahoj.
Super, dik, vyskusam :)
i just watched 20 minutes of what i finished 20 minutes ago, and mine looks like yours in the way of detailing, because it`s imposiible to make a copy of a diorama, a good detalied one like yours :)
Awesome job David.
Firstly thank you and your work is art...
I believe the small truck is over weathered but just my opinion..
Can I ask what airbrush you use? I have not purchased one yet..
Also what type of tool are you using on your Dremel tool for the interior cab grinding?
Thanks
hi, i have a question. where do i find the pattern of the camouflage? and what did you print it on? thank. regards
His eye for details is amazing!!
How do you apply enamel thinner without the paint coming off?
hi can you please tell why do you use laquer thinner to thin tamiya acrylics?
very well done. cant wait for the next video
Build that Takom tank with FULL interior. I know you’d make it incredible.
Thanks. I have in schedule the FULL interior tank but in 1/72 scale.
PLASMO - plastic models that will be awesome. Can’t wait.. we all know you’re busy. I too can’t seem to get anything done so many kudos to you for doing these vids.
Great work David Thanks for the good work :-)
Great model, however I am fairly sure that the V-weapon would have less weathering in real life, they weren't weapons that were stored for long periods before use. They were manufactured, shipped and launched. I feel that given the fact that these were the peak of Germany's technology, pride in their engineering would have resulted in careful maintenance. The fact that the fuels were so likely to combust mean that cleanliness and care in preparation was essential means that the single-use rocket itself would not be subject to the usual weathering of a tool that is used multiple times in combat. Otherwise, amazing as always,
Hobby Boss 1/72 BR 52 is a beautiful kit , so detailed in the box , but has lots of P.E upgrade options , dont think I saw you do a train yet ? ;)
I have a kit in my kit collection also with BR 86. I must find a time to build it.
Mi viene voglia di montarne uno.
Grazie!
Very nice , i like the choice of the model so unusual!
Truly amazing! Great work!
