SO glad Chuck is finally getting her flowers and her time to shine. She's busted her backside at her craft and has always been so transparent with everything that shes learned and experienced. I remember talking to her at Goldee's 2 years ago saying that she wanted her own place well I'm glad it came true good for her.

I remember seeing you on a goldees video a few years back and you made a comment about maybe opening your own BBQ place one day... I remember thinking "She should!" To then come across this video makes me so happy for you! I love that you are willing to stretch BBQ and do things that aren't normal because YOU love it... Spaghetti...Lamb... BOTH amazing items! My wife and I often smoke our tomato's with basil just to get that smoke flavor in our spaghetti Sause and everyone is always blown away! As an entrepreneur myself... I cheer you along from afar (DFW lol) and pray success for you!
