Fixing and Replacing Rocker Panel on Mercedes

I attempt to fix my broken rocker panel on my C63 Mercedes with a little DIY action. All attempts failed, until one didn't. I used two methods of plastic welding which terribly failed and then finally a JB weld for plastic and automotive world came through for the win.

What was the process of you taking them off I’ve been trying to figure out how to take them off and put them back on
