How to Add New Font Styles to Either Affinity Designer or Photo

To add a new font style to affinity designer or photo, you don't actually add it to the program itself, but rather your PC. This demonstration was done using affinity designer, and a Windows 11 PC.
Find yourself a website that allows you to download fonts, and download to your PC. You may need to unzip the program, by right clicking and selecting "Extract All".
Once the file has been unzip, choose the font you want to install. Sometimes there may be multiple font styles in a single folder. Right click on the font, and select "install". The font style will then be installed on your PC.
You will need to restart affinity designer or photo, where you should then be able to find the new font in alphabetical order.
