- A lot of people ask us if we are slowing down for the winter, but nothing is slowing down around here! Sean went to multiple dealerships to pick up a total of 12 bikes. He even picked up one rare BMW motorcycle. Check out this episode of Bikes and Beards to see what he got!

I sold a used R1200CLC,They are VERY underpowered (61bhp) and VERY heavy (800lb)! A truly acquired taste. Ride on,Cheers;)

I had a black BMW R1200CLC and it was a comfortable ride and awesome power abs brakes, heated seat and grips. Great sound system. It was BMW's answer to the HD Electra glide and the only BMW like it with floor boards! Only problem and reason I sold it was it was severely underpowered for two up touring! Great buy and it won't last long in that color!😁
I'm jealous. I just got a 2004 R1200C. It's a great bike. I just ordered a tuning chip. It sounds like you could have gotten more horsepower out of the Boxer motor.
Every Ford van I have had melts that switch. Usually multiple times. And usually the only problem I really have had lol
I have got to get some of those Tank straps. You’re right most straps are garbage and they are expensive. It doesn’t make a lot of sense!
About to check them out right now before I have to clock into work.
I am definitely going to get a set of 4. I have two bikes and I would hate myself if they fell because I had garbage straps holding them down. I think it’s definitely worth the money to have good ones.
Looks like you're staying pretty busy there Sean year-round that's good I saw some really good looking bikes there.
My friend you have to slow down just a little, your making mistakes because your rushing around.
If you don’t make time to do it right the first time, you will be forced to make time to do it a second time.
some times i make mistakes, but slowing down at this moment in my life is not really and option. but wouldnt that be nice

@@BikesandBeards You really ought to start following the advice people give you. Slow down, get a mechanic and you won't have to run around correcting your mistakes all the time. Half the time you seem to buy bikes without really knowing what you bought. You have every possibility of being an awesome bike dealer, but if you ignore good advice you can be a spectacular bankruptcy. Your move.
Why don't you have a in house mechanic?
He aint lying about cheap straps. I bought a Yamaha Stryker a month ago and had to trailer it home from Charlotte to Hickory NC. An hour drive. I had to stop 3 times to re-adjust the straps. And they cost way too much too.
Sean, the straps did not shift- the bike shifted. Anything can shift when being strapped down in transport. Always Check your straps and load periodically during transport. I know this for a fact being a CDL driver.
The straps flexed because they were trash
I would love to buy my first bike from Sean. I think that would be awesome and I know he would be honest about what he's selling.

:-D my 92 Katana 750 could eat a Triumph Street Triple 900 after it was tuned (stock exhaust and carbs) - not even broken in yet. Air (oil) cooled Suzuki in the house
You've never know hell if you've never tried to put back a katana 600 airbox.
Triumph speed triple and street triple are my current dream bike. Please please PLEASE do a test rude with it!!!

I don't know how you're finding some of the deals you find. I'm gonna be in the market for an older bike seems for the life of me I simply cannot find anything less than like 1k. I don't wanna spend that on a bike to fix up... know what I mean? But God bless ya brother keep up the great work and may the lord bless your business for years to come.

You need to get the old dirt bike straps not the nylon material but the thick material ate a whole those bikes with no issues whatsoever I use on my my Harley all the time

do something with canada! to show the difficulties in doing that. i watch u everyday and want to see if we can make it happen id love to start riding motorcycles and dirt bikes. and make an episode on how to crate ship across boarder or how to drive it across boarder which is cheaper.
You've probably ridden a katana before, and i know they are the redheaded step child, but i love them, and i think they're great! and with the cheap straps... at least you got content from them.

Should have bought some truck straps. They have a similar big ratchet to his usual tank straps and the extra cost would have been a saving in the end. Useful to have around or just recover some of the cost by flogging them off on C/list after.

I watch your comments on bikes and your piece on the Yamaha 1900 raider. made up my mind of what to buy. Yes you geased it...a Raider.
Just a note on all the 1900s check out the isue it has on the fuel pump accumulator...after some miles on it the bike have symptoms of fuel starvation. Turns out the accumulator cracks but Yamaha had no call back on it or assistance.
But still a good bike

I did that once, sold a new car and the finance manager got the lot numbers mixed up and printed out the title to the wrong car. Didn't catch it for a week or two and the buyer was in another state, so I had to take a road trip to fix it.

the heater switch goes bad all the time in the fords like yours what happened is the blower motor starts to go bad and that pulls too many amps through the switch what i do in that case is put in a new blower motor and new heater control switch all will be good
ohhhh dang that makes sense, maybe i ll wait to replace the switch with a new blower motor
you may find the connectors melted and the blower motor resistor and connector too. replace all of them = no more problems for another hundred thousand miles.
Never seen someone have so much trouble with a ratchet strap

That was the best load of bikes I have ever seen on a trailer, a shit load of money sitting there.

My 7.3 blows no smoke at all. Runs so clean unless I turn the tuner on then the black smoke happens. I prefer the no smoke option so I basically never turn on the tuner! I hate black smoke.
Sucks that one of the bikes got damaged because of crappy straps. At least you got a good commercial for Tank Straps. I'm surprised you're not getting tickets for the exhaust on that van.

Wow, I never thought I'd see a Suzuki Savage (the LS650P) in your video.. This was actually my first "big" bike, after a few Chinese abominations. Very nimble, reliable and fun to ride - and by next season, it's going to be my GF's first bike.

That’s a common problem with those vans fan switches they always melt due to corrosion in the connector

Couldn’t watch the entire tube due to a bloomberg add that sickened me. Anyhow, I think the blurry bike was a BMW R1200CLC. I had an 04 Montauk & although they were a bit underpowered, they were engineering works of art. Wish I had that old Montauk back.
I live in Phoenix AZ, been here about two years cause I have liver failuer from diabetes, I still ride ok and people here are NOT friendly so I started watching your channels. I had a boulevard s50 that looks almost identical to the savage. I sold it for a dyna super glide and regretted it. That little Suzuki was the best bike I ever owned, till I got my klr 650. Still miss the hell outta that boulevard.

In a pinch u can get straps at harbor freight 4 for $9.99 I've had a set for 7 yrs now and they haven't let me down and they get used daily, i have a hauling business and i haul my 4 quads and dirtbikes. I wouldn't mind trying some of your straps i know a lot of people in the transporting business
