if you look up richard gadd comedy or something you will actually see the real video, and in the series no one laughed at those jokes but in the real life video, everyone laughed... jokes still werent funny though

After watching this scene yesterday, I was blessed many times today with randomly thinking "DONNIE DUNN" and then remembering the imagery of his flail-dance.
i was so scared of her, great acting by both the actors
“…beggin’ for my bumhole!” 😂 That in a Scottish accent will never not be funny. It’s not as haha funny in the scene because it’s staged so well but more replaying it and the fact that they chose the word bumhole, in that accent, just perfection haha.
God her actor was so phenomenal

This is the scene that drew me in for the ride. It's my fave film for 2024. Martha sure is fascinating, in a relentless hurricane kinda way. To imagine that there is trouble lurking like that and being overwhelmed by a stranger out of nowhere who has full control of your life. Great, another thing for me to worry about :)

People easily found her. I don't know what both him and netflix were thinking. He was going on about how no one should look....sorry, people are too curious and sadly unstoppable. And saying he changed her so much she wouldn't even recognize herself. He didn't change her that much and it's obvious it's her.

Could he have pretended it wasn't a true story and changed her character more, sure, but he shouldn't have to because it is his story. He owes her nothing.

The show is as great as it's uncomfortable to look at. I thought the stalker would be the sole odious character. But the protagonist is also an insufferable man. Incredibly unstable, fragile and difficult. Just tough to watch.

He's just that kind of personality and the show revealed that. You don't have to defend him so much. It's strange and unnecessary. He is who he is and no amount of coddling comments will change that.

I binge watched this show the first day this came out on Netflix and it is amazing but something jumped out that I didn’t see before now

The actress playing Martha is actually so beautiful imo.. Her facial features are so soft so for her to perceive herself as scary and cruel had to have taken some real effort. Wonderful acting.
