What I like about this, is that you give your own examples. I hate tutorials that show something you are never going to use. Great job!
A smart and intuitive design, with constant updates that will make your workflow even speedier. Thank you for a wonderful app!
Another excellent presentation Alan. Thank you for this learning experience. One feature that I find important after watching this, is being able to find nested whiteboards in the the map dropdown - great work!!
Love this fundamentals series, thank you Alan and Heptabase team! Looking forward to course 103.
Thank you. Really good to be shown around your whiteboards and get more ideas for the possibilities of layout. Could do with more colour options as its so useful to see at a glance.
Thank you for sharing these videos, Alan. They're very insightful and super helpful. Congratulations on developing such a great app and your 2023 Golden Kitty Award nomination.
Another great video and once again I learned about some features I didn't realize were in there and I learned about another *way* of using the features I did know about. This is the app I wish I had when I was much younger. I love what you're doing with the product and how thoughtfully it's coming together.
Thank you for the demonstration and Thank you for being an inspiration. Watching these videos have inspired me to first push my learning to another level but also apply my learning in a different way. I wish I would have learned this stuff a long time ago.
Love this fundamentals series ! very helpful
Thanks for the demo, very useful
Just signed up to try Heptabase. This video came at the right time. Love how you show different use cases and the flexibility is amazing.
This video is very inspirational.
Thank you for the video, i was between Scrintal and Hepta and i decided to go for the second option.
It would be a dream if Heptabase could synchronize, not just with Readwise, but with Zotero, and have a system of flashcards and more batch commands, for managing multiple cards at the same time.
This is very interesting. Thanks for sharing! I'll try to apply those technics in my obsidian mess.
I quickly realized I'd rather just use heptabase instead of fighting my way through in obsidian and forgetting what I was trying to capture while chasing the customization rabbit hole. I've just subscribed. Wish me luck. The only issue so far it's that I have to figure out how to add other languages to an appimage application so that I don't get all those swirly red undermines...
If you haven't watched the first video yet, we highly recommend you to check it out!

惊喜地发现有video card了!你们太知道用户想要什么了吧!!
Beautiful to gather knowledge. Can it be used to compose and print new documents from that knowledge? Can I put a paper together with it?
Recently I learn from ecamm live tutorials how eye contact is important. Maybe you may like the use tele prompter so while teaching us you can look into prompter = our eyes for better connection.
Love your work., Alan. You have an incredible product. Thank you for sharing. Do you use dark mode when you’re not presenting?
25:07 I have a whiteboard with over 50 cards and I can tell you where each of them are because I positioned them in long-term memory.
Great video! One question: 21:16 you show your "My Startup Diary" whiteboard. How did you set this up? This time corridor view would be extremely useful for myself but I can't quite make out how you have split each year up into what looks like sub-sections.

All the tutorials and documentation is about the desktop app.
I'm trying to edit a whiteboard on iPad. Looks like the iPad whiteboards are immutable?
Yes! We plan to improve the iPad experiences in the future!
i was looking for "technical research" whiteboard - but think you missed it :O
Thank you. I have just updated to Version 1.22.1 (2024.01.19) but I don't see the image and audio card types... why ?
Hi, that is an upcoming feature we haven't released yet!
I am fan of margin note 3. I can subscribe and invest on heptabase if it will finish better than mp3 for mn3 features. Is this the case?
unfortunately it will not work as expected via mobile app , its good for desktop use or laptop but if you want to work on it via mobile app doest have the features 🤕
Just like you, I loved reading since I was little and I'm also very curious. When I entered college I looked for tools to learn. In my professional life I used: Notion, evernote, obsidian. mindjet. All very good for notetaking but for creating knowledge they are very limited. What you did was incredible because it allows you to take notes and creates new knowledge, which is incredible. I can only say one thing about you: YOU ARE A GENIUS, AN ENLIGHTENED PERSON
