Crossover network doesn't make any change in total impedance. If you connect three 8 ohms speakers, to low, mid and high, total impedance will be 8 ohms. Impedance will depend on Crossover input
You may search in net. There are many sites like www.diyaudioandvideo.com/Calculator/ApcSpeakerCrossover to find value of components. Resistors are used to get smooth high frequencies from tweeter

If your mid speakers are 8 ohms, then you can join in parallel to get 4 ohms. If those are 4 ohms then connect a 2 ohms 20 watt resistor in series.

It is called LCR meter. You can measure Inductance, capacitance and resistance by this.

It's a common item. Ask the dealer for metalised polyester capacitor. As an alternative, you can use two 5 mfd 63 volt caps connected back to back.
