Love the chill vibe of a cocktail wedding. Your setup sounds perfect for that intimate atmosphere. Dealing with mic interference can be a pain, but it sounds like you handled it like a pro. Have you tried any wireless mic solutions for outdoor events like this? Great video.
@@DJRickWeb I was thinking of better wireless mics specifically. Have you found any that work particularly well in outdoor settings with minimal interference?
@damon-burton My company is all audio technica we have roughly 20+ of the 3000 series 4th gen units and they have worked flawlessly. Also heard great things from the senheiser 4th gen systems and of course shure ulx systems.
ok what are the mics in the crowd ? is it just for fun or are they being recorded. If recorded i got to do this at one of my partys and play it back later would be a blast
Great Wedding log Rick, lots of energy. Do you use DMS for your all your music or which record pool is your go to music service? Also do 4 Both Lighting Tubes give a lot of light coverage on a good size dance floor. I am looking into them for bar and Wedding gigs. Not sure how many I would need. You Rock!!!
Mainly DMS anything else I get direct from sharing with the DJs that work for me. And yes they provide plenty of light. You really don't want a ton of light on the dance floor.
You smashed it! which edit of the good as hell vs i will always love you i s that? It's such a vibe
Found it:
Good As Hell x I Will Always Love You (Fraze Seque / Clean / Super Short Edit) (Inspired by Fuseamania & Drew Pierce)
I strongly recommend the sq series mixers from allen and heath probably a sq 5 for your needs

Nice update to your rig, what made you choose the MK2's over the Pioneer CRSS?
Mainly size. I would have to redo my booth to make the pioneers fit
