The GT is more appealing to me than the SLS was - do not need gull, falcon or any bird anatomy doors. This is more of a track car than the SLS was despite the GT name. Merc interiors have been pushing Audi for top spot - they look great, but that Audi high tech gauge cluster is awesome. Good luck on the full car reviewing, great to do a job you really like.

I think the GT S will be much more of a classic than my ELR but the Caddy was much more affordable. And 9 months later, I've still not put a tank of gas in it.
Driven Car Reviews That's a big savings and very good for the environment. Thinking to buy an ELR too. Quick question, does the new 2016 Chevy Volt battery compatible with the ELR? Just curious cause it has more power in it.
The new Volt has a slightly different battery pack that will take the car 20 percent farther. The Volt is more practical too but I'm a sucker for design.
Tom-I believe I own this very car you test drove. How about coming to Atlanta and doing an updated review on your thoughts now that the car has a few miles?

No one buys this car, I am all over the country, Chicago, NYC, South Florida, Dallas etc etc and I have never seen one in my life, seen everything else including many Bugattis. I looked up the sales numbers and sure enough, they were like 50 a month, I assume that is a disaster.
It's not meant to sell in high numbers (though if it sells 50 a month it has already outsold the Veyron). That's apples to oranges though. For what it's worth I've seen three of them in Seattle and a half dozen when I was down at Pebble Beach recently. Keep looking! They're out there.
Mercedes really needs to ditch the paper plate size emblem for a more demure smaller one. It is SO look at me. We know it's a Mercedes....... The Maybach got it right....

I've seen three in lowly Nova Scotia, where there's only one registered Model S.
I live in the northern Chicago suburbs and I have seen at least 5 different ones on the reg. I think it looks best in red.
