Well explained. "Trust" is the key to a supportive feedforward. Based on my experience, if students don't trust their instructors then the feedforward or feedback would not be much effective. In fact, it may create a conflict. With the "What" model, we can encourage the listener to what they have done positively, and then we can bring up what can be better.
