I can't imagine how long this challenge would be on stream
would take about 10h 20 min because he does around 5-6 hour streams

1st stream: 6h
2nd stream: 2h (I did the samus challenge before that)
3rd stream: 20min

The pain this man puts himself through just for us
5:41 Yoshi: Grab > mash jab until they break out of your grab > hit with jab 1 > Down B = Mixup’able shieldbreak.
The mixup is to use jab 2 out of the grab, and follow up with something spicy.
You can even jab 1 > grab and repeat.
If they start rolling away, be ready to chase and punish, or sometimes they’ll dodge away and you can sprint towards them and jab 1 > down b from there.
Then, once they’re used to the GJDB Special (Grab Jab Down B), you can condition them to shield at other times, and approach that with jab 1 down b. Or, you can work their shield some, avoid getting hit, then just down b in front of them.
Many Yoshi options for how to accomplish this.
I haven’t passionately tried getting 3 shield breaks in one match with Yoshi, but I have gotten it a few times.
Good run! This seems like a fun (but frustrating) challenge! Lucina's "This is the Hero King?" line cracked me up! Shield breaks are quite satisfying, though. I'm just happy to get even one during a match! 😅

The closest I get to beating this challenge is getting two shield breaks with Yoshi in a few matches. His down B can catch people off guard and it feels good to break shields with Yoshi. I really want to pull off the egg roll shield break that has been discovered recently. That would be really satisfying. Great video! It gave me some ideas on how to break shields with other characters and what to avoid when fighting them!
yep if you main yoshi learn this trick. that's broken for ledgtrap, neutral get up shield is one of the most use options

I'm honestly wondering how you'd do against legends like Peanut, MkLeo and Tea.
Late answer as I catch up on his videos, but I believe in the past that he has said that it involves too much time not making videos to upload. Tournaments take practice and work to prepare for, and travel time without great opportunity to create videos. I'd like to see it too, so hopefully he gets big enough that he can be supported through some video downtime.
I bet dying to a shield break all 3 stocks is a great learning experience

trying to find people using shield in elite is enough of a challenge
The only true thing to do after shield break with Hero is to roll for Thwack, Wack, Kamikaze, Random, Hatchet Man, Magic Burst or Sleep ❤️

you break your opponent's shield 3 times. i get my shield broken 3 times in a game. we are not the same.
