long overdue! This R&R Hall of Fame is finally getting their act together and honoring these iconic legends who gave us such magnificent classics! Congratulations to Peter Frampton! Loved the respect shown by Keith Urban at the end. Stellar performance by both of them!
Frampton came alive this night!!!! Long, long, long overdue for my man!!! The younger people in the audience got a taste of what great music he played!!!!
The utter joy on Peter's face as he plays his guitar in front of an audience makes this performance ever more awesome !!!! He sounds wonderful! He is my favorite male musician, since I was a teen in the 1970's. WAAAAAAAY overdue on his HOF induction. And Keith is just great on here, too. Accompanying but not trying to steal Peter's thunder ... and THIS, young people, is what REAL MUSIC IS !!!!!
Congratulations on your induction Mr. Frampton, you deserve this for all of your contributions to the Rock and Roll Industry. Thank you for all of the awesome music you have given us throughout the years! Rock on Sir!
We were so lucky to grow up in this era. He's playing this song like it just came out yesterday. Something to be said for musicians like him. This song is older than some people listening to it. It is blistering. Keith Urban is a great fit here, just because the person he is. This is a performance that should never be forgotten.
Peter Frampton and Keith Urban together is everything!!!!! The 1st time I bought "Frampton Comes Alive" album, I didn't leave my flat for 3 days....TG I had plenty of weed, wine (whiskey), and food!!! hehe The only reason I left after 3 days was to re-stock...to continue ;-)
Love it! Every time I hear this song I'm transported back to 1977. I'm 7 years old and my dad is blasting this on the turntable. So thankful I have this memory.
i was 12 when this live record came out... girls started on my radar and peter was the catalyst. the girls loved him, so what's good for them was good for me... one of the best live albums of all time and without a doubt the 70's
Absolutely incredible! Frampton’s still got it in the most magnificent way!! I’ve been a huge fan for many decades and I’m so thrilled for him that he was FINALLY recognized by the HOF! ❤❤🔥🔥🔥🎉🎉🎉👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Since I saw him the first time in 1977 at Madison Square Garden, I've seen him 7-8 times (i forget. . .I'm old). The same infectious grin and absolute bliss he exhibits while playing will never die. Thank you so much for posting. I'll end with: IT'S ABOUT DAMNED TIME!
Thanx for sharing this magical moment, seen Peter with Humble Pie in Cleveland doing the Live at the Fillmore Tour , maybe 1974, great talent and a great man.✌🏻❤️
Circa 1982. Broke up with a boy after watching Peter Frampton in Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band. If i couldnt have Peter I want no one!! Im still single!! No one compares ❤😂 Congrats!
@@ethanreed8400In the mid-70’s Skyryrd was headlining a huge tour and Frampton was on the bill. It gave him a lot of US exposure that accelerated his career, at least in the States.

The 70s are back.
Never gone😊
Never. I am still there.😊
Peter Frampton. Where was he so long?
So, am I missing something? Why are they not standing? Just like Foreigner, I grew up with Peter!
Peter has a disease what has weakened him. He can’t stand a play much anymore.
Its called "Getting Old"
Keith!
Nice missed cue by whoever’s running Urban’s rig 😮
Keith, get a talk box.
God bless Lynyrd Skynyrd for giving him his start
