I have some leftover clams from a historical recipe for clam chowder that uses hard tack and biscuits instead of the modern use of flour; i should also make this recipe thank you : D

It's called a tomato mill. :) Thanks for a delicious recipe. Bad light or not, I'd eat that up!

It can also be used to mill potatoes for potato doughnuts I'm sure it has other uses too
