Development is only possible through minimizing the distance between people of different ideas, mindset and culture. Well if you've gone through the different historical context of the countries that are developed now, the communication of different set of ideas started to convex at some point. And not to forget the roots, one can practise the hierarchy that they've been following since long time. If one forcibly implement over one other that leads to disaster some how that called change in demographic . But what if large number of migration takes place then what will happen that local people of that place heavy affected by opportunities in every field . Minimum number of migration is good for diversity development process but large number is disaster to the native one . I know that India is diverse and any can go and settle any where without any resistance restrictions. But every states has its own policy rules welfare for their people and their jobs , and resources . . I know you know that if central government conduct exam then every state people has equal and neutral opportunities , except reservation . But when it Comes to exam over state exams then other states people can apply the exam but the priority will be given to people of that state itself then after other . You must aware of the fact that every state has its own policy for their state examination that how much % of seats are open for other states candidates . A story I want to tell , in dhanbad a movement held because of bhojpuri language added in the syllabus . And the fact that the bhojpuri speaking people are not that much for the implementation in the syllabus . Bhojpuri speaking people are mainly in Bihar . But the thing is that other state language added in the jharkhand exam syllabus in that district where bhojpuri speaking people are not at significant amount . After all this you can't say on this topic, that leads to development . People have the right that they can speak whatever language but want that language considered as law . We won't tolerate . Non of our State people wanted our state / local language implemented over other states . That's why I gave the example of native Americans. If development done with the mutual understanding then ok at all but development done over the exploitation over other . This is not a development You must have heard the news that in South Indian , or Maharashtra that the local people of that states beathenup the other states workers people . Not because of that they belongs to other state , because of huge amount of migration takes place that's leads to scarcity of jobs to the local one . Huge amount of migration changes the demographic and jobs to the local one . But let me tell this things never happened in jharkhand we tolerated a lot . But you want to defend youself and you will give the example of America today that every year huge no migration takes place in America and no one resist , because America is already a developed country .
