That means the wall behind Alan at 1:48 is to the south of Herb's garden. And you also see that the shadows of the tree behind Alan are cast back toward the house. #1: Herb doesn't seem to know the first thing about gardening. He's planting in a location that seems to be incredibly shaded, except for a couple hours in the morning. #2: Shadows shouldn't be cast both east and west simultaneously. There's gotta be another light source.

Yeah, I mean seeds usually aren't poisonings, and you need to do it separately, or one at a time. I'm sure it's just spitting them out and aiming, like blowing a spit ball without the straw. You also might need some soft soil.
