Would it be a better idea for me to use the long hose as you said, but instead of cutting it shorter and clamping it to the other hose, I just take out the existing vent hose and put the long one there? I’m assuming it reaches because the new one looks pretty long. I just don’t know if I like the idea of clamping two oil hoses together. Thanks
we found that the temp was cooler or about the same in compared to the oem system with all stock motor vs our cooler and 440 big bore, port and polished head and stage 2 cam. this cooler kit has been on the xc bike with power adders and has yet to over heat in racers over 90 degrees and 2 hrs long.
I’m going to honest that tank is sick but that oil cooler looks pretty ugly and it seams pretty venerable to getting smashed by rocks or sticks can you run the oil tank and the oem oil cooler?
thank you for your comment. we have tested and ran this cooler on our 07 xc bike on some of the harshest tracks in Michigan. the cooler comes with a cooler guard that protects the fins from mud, rocks, sticks, ect. this is where we made the kit to fit. you are welcome to relocate it where you want, this is only our recommendation on how we installed it. non of our components work or fit the oem system. thank you

big question. HOW MUCH COORLER IN DEGREES DOES IT OPERATE AT NOW?.

the cooler holds 8fl oz extra . 1 extra quart will be needed for the new tank, lines and cooler.
