Not only that. We already have 3 Hydro Bow characters now. All of them are 5 stars: Tartaglia, Yelan, Sigewinne. There's usually a 4 star and 5 star for the same vision and weapon. Except maybe Electro polearms like Raiden and Cyno. But I think 3 5 stars with the same vision and weapon is a bit too much. I hope there will be more 4 star hydro characters. And characters with good kit.

Spoiler: there are a fuckton of other healers and they re all same or better than sigewinne, there isn't a single situation where you "need" to pull for a 5* limited healer that does healing and nothing else.
@@SToXC_. Yeah, there’s also a lot of great shielders who can protect the team better than a healer. There’s a lot of options. My point is purely that if you like Sigewinne and ended up getting her, then the way she can slot into your teams is as a healing option if you have a team that works best with a strong hydro healer who doesn’t apply hydro to themselves but can’t use kokomi for whatever reason.

They went all out on her individual animations & made her good enough with average investment, crazy fun with high investment. Sigewinne was made for the ones that just love her character & want to destroy enemies with her 3.5 second ult ONCE u got great stats on her.
I actually feel like she's a nice character. Her playstyle is cute af. Her namecard is cute af. When you hold aim down, small heart bubbles appear, and when they explode, they leave a sparkly bubble effect that lasts for a while, so you can take cute pictures with nice special effects.
She sucks at defeating bosses, but she's really good at healing and defeating small enemies. I use her as a dps, and she feels fine. I think we're just so used to all those crazy dps characters that got released that we are completely overseeing her potential.
Also a quote from Nokapt (a french guide maker) that is really true : Sigewinne wants Furina but Furina doesn't want Sigewinne

For me when I use Sigewinne's burst, she does a lot of damage but i struggle with targeting the enemy

Sigewinne does good dmg if u build her as a dps, she can have a decent healing and she can be a good support.
I got all of these builds and shes amazing.
Me as a Sigewinne healer main, Her healing is comparable to Kokomi. So far using her, her healing bubble can heal up to 7K every heal healing. Plus, if she is about to die, just pop the bubble and 95% of her health will be back instantly after the final pop. To add more, she is able to heal on and off field characters. She really shine when you play duo with your friends.
Aside, she be able to harass those abbys mages and the hydro slime back.
As he said, she is indeed amazing. She got the Kokomi 1st release curse.

@@sigewinnesmeds Yeah, but my build a bit curse than normal, 2 piece clams and 2 piece song of the day past, with healing bonus circlet. Everything is else is HP% and normal HP. I also have her signature Weapon adding more HP on top. Overall HP 57K HP
@@Kiokiro_is_here I also wished kokomi when she first released, same thing happened to Sigewinne. Everybody was hating on Kokomi since she is full time healer with huge debuff (-100% crit rate). Because of that, everyone hate her. On top of that, I used to get kick almost all the time in multiplayer by using her since i cannot do "proper" damage.
However, i took my time properly building her. Kokomi healing can reach to 5k back then. Not impressive i know but she was my main healer from her first banner up until this month when i got Sigewinne.
After people recognised that healing is important in the game, then they all wished for kokomi. Since Barbruh can't catch up with their health loss.
Aside, Sigewinne is very flexible in terms of build, she can be healer, support or even dps if you build her properly. She doesn't have debuff and her constellations are great if you want to full c6 her. Her artefact also easy to build since HP is the only thing that rising and not Crit rate/damage.
As for me, I love seeing huge numbers of healing given to players instead of millions number of damage on the screen. So yeah, I am Healer main.
In brief, Sigewinne not the worst character. She just getting unfortunate Curse by previous Kokomi banner. To end this, Just wishes whoever character you want, don't dislike them solely based on performance, appearance and functionality. Play whoever you want as long as you happy since games are made to make people happy and release stress.
Sigewinne is so cute, I told myself that I would pull for her the day the Fontaine teaser dropped showcasing most characters
I'm so glad I did, she is a good replacement for one of my teams in Spiral Abyss that desperately needed a healer but already had a hydro applicator, as I needed a healer, but had Koko on another team (Mona was not doing a good job at healing)
I don't regret pulling for her at all, even tho I lost my 50/50 on her banner
If they made her cons/kit less burst dps and went full support for off field she would be amazing! Also the low hydro application(from skill) might not be as bad as some are saying, bc Emile needs constant burning and sigewinne will boost her off field damage!!! And if burning becomes some main thing for natlan that might make her even better, as low hydro app means more constant burning!
She’s actually an excellent counterhealer for furina so you can maximize the trio’s damage without having to bother switching to the healing oceanid spawn thing, and even furina can only heal one at a time in solo mode. Sige can WILDLY maximize the effect of song of days past or sea dyed foam because the last bounce of her e heals her for half her health. So if you have 50k max hp, you heal 25k points, but it’s actually even more bc SODP or SDF have the healing bonus effect. Even tho her own bow is best bc of the hp stat stick, she can work well w simulacra. Im a casual player and the only char I get above 100k damage with in overworld is navia’s e, but sige’s ult deals six hits, and I can get those hits up to 28k damage each. That’s some big numbers!!! Also she flaps the little wings with her second na animation

I mean yeah she's not gonna do 69k damage with a single shot but I use her with Neuvillette and she's wonderful. I even seen her do 4 digits with her burst.
Granted she's almost fully built. I doubt anyone put that much effort into their Sigewinne cuz "nooo not meta very bad 4* bad ew ew gross" or whatever.
Tldr: is she better then Furina? Probably not. Should you pull her? Depends what you want. Just do the best you can with whatever teams you got.

@@mitsuberry I personally do hyperbloom since Dendro is my fave element but I'm sure Freminet would be good too. Especially since she's applying hydro to the enemies and they're stunned which give him an advantage

It's not the first time Hoyo had problems with collaborations before. Honestly, I rather see them making a collaboration of their own, like someone from HSR, HI3rd or ZZZ.

As a non TC Sigewinne player, I feel like her intended play style is as a quickswap healer dps hybrid compared to kokomi who is also a hydro healer dps hybrid but has better hydro app and more on-field presence.
To be more specific, I feel like Sigewinne is supposed to be played in teams with off-field skill characters like fischl where you want party wide healing (like with Furina) since she buffs that, and you use her burst in downtimes to get a bit of extra damage in. If this was her intended use then there are a couple problems right now. First is that there aren’t enough off field skill totem characters to make this less niche [1], second off is that she only gets to buff ten hits on the enemy from the ENTIRE PARTY, third off is that her buffing minimum and maximum are too high to hit without either her signature or some godly rolls (30k-65k), fourth off is that intended playstyle is hard to balance and build. So you’ll mainly need hp% since that’s what her healing and damage scales off of, but also you need to build er% so she can consistently use her burst, and you’ll also need to balance her CRIT so the burst can do better damage. As mentioned beforehand her minimum and maximum hp threshold for her buff is insane so an optimal hybrid Sigewinne is essentially impossible to build unless you have her signature, and even then it’s still hard.
In terms of general use case, I think she can potentially be in a better spot if they add more BoL characters who gain buffs the faster they clear their BoL since Sigewinne gains a healing bonus depending on how much BoL there is in the party. However I wouldn’t bet on this, and her skill only buffing ten enemies hit is still a problem.
I think her current kit had potential but it’s a bit under tuned. If they just lowered the hp requirements for the buffs to be the same as Baizhu’s or Chevreuse, it’d make it a lot more realistic and allow hybrid builds to be more viable. Plus giving each character a separate stack of the buff instead of making it partywide would make her like a hydro baizhu, quick tap of your e for partywide heal and buffs all in one. Also 20% scaling on her burst is criminal and makes me think they expected Sigewinne to be built with high hp% and good CRIT so that’s why they fucked up the scaling.
I still absolutely love her even if her kit is meh. Blasting enemies with medicine and kindness will never get old and holding that skill for waaay too long just so I can trap some hillichurls in bubbles is fun. Hoyoverse did the head nurse dirty
P.S I’ve talked about her from a C0 perspective since I have her C0, but I’ve heard she has good constellations. Well…better start saving as a f2p for at least C4R1 ;-;
[1] off the top of my head, characters where their off field skill plays a significant role in their damage are: Furina, Fischl, Nahida, Albedo, Chiori. Other characters have off-field skills but I feel like they aren’t known for their damage e.g Barbara, Kuki, Xiangling Guoba. If they made the buff also apply to off field bursts I wonder if it’d be too versatile. Then again Furina and Bennett exist.
The thing about healer is that some of us expecting them to do more than just healing. And for the most healer, they do just that. Sure Sigewinne is also giving us elemental skill boost, but it has to be an off field elemental skill and limited only for 10 times for ALL characters. If her off field E boost isn't limited by some quota and last for the entire duration (I think it's 10s or so), she would be meta for sure. But hoyo just said nope.

@@Oscarabajo41exactly, these people see another hydro healer and think that it’s kokomi all over again. kokomi has dendro and freeze teams, sigewinne’s hydro application is too doodoo to be an off-field applier, and her sourcewater droplet generation is already mostly useless, and will probably become even more so when natlan releases with a new mechanic. kokomi was hated on release because the theorycrafters and playerbase didn’t have a good grasp on meta and couldnt have foresight on the future patches of the game.
Sigewinne glazers wanna cope so hard saying she's the next kokomi but they're so blinded by their bias that they forget that kokomi not only heals she very versatile in her hydro application and her being good as a driver, sigewinne DMG is horrible not even compareable to kokomi, sigewinne can only heal she does nothing else, she is not that next kokomi stop coping and actually use your brain
Every character can be good, you just have to build and use them properly and in the right teams💀 I have seen some crazy sigewinne damage from some ppl on youtube, ive seen her paired with neuvillette, furina, etc, and she does pretty good damage. I also agree with you, it kinda is kokomi all over again.
I like to think she is a “comfort” character when people pull just to have a comfy and a good time using outside of competitive content also she’s has an adorable design which should always be a core factor when pulling any character especially since this game is dead easy with investment to any character
I think she was a 4* that was supposed to be released alongside Wriothesley but they switched it up for some reason and kept her kit the same. I wonder if they only made her a 5* just to give her a story quest

I got sigewinne on accident while getting gaming constellations. I already got Furina and her c1 this patch and was not expecting gold at 2 pity 💀 she's still at lvl 50 and I genuinely have no idea how to use her

I put Sigewinne with Father and the buff team I’m working on. Shes an amazing healer for the buff characters and heals herself with the bond of life she gets. Wanting to up her constellation to increase that healing from Fathers bond of life, but don’t got the time or resources.
Shes also really good on a party with Neuvilette if you do it right. Keeps him topped up if you do it right

Nah, more like Dehya. Zhongli is the geo archon of Liyue, which is inspired by China. He has more significance than Dehya.
Just pull for sigewinne because you want to. If your going for meta? Don’t pull. If you going for characters you like and sigewinne is one of them? Pull for her.
Got her on my main because she's adorable and she buffs my Furina, got her on my alt because I needed a better healer. I'm loving her play style and appreciating her heals on both accounts 💙

People saying that she is Kokomi and Baizhu all over again, but really now? Both has great, consistent applications of their respective element and takes little to no field time to offer their best. However this isn't the case for sig. Her hydro application is slow and her burst takes some field time to do damage, which is very niche. Unless hoyo gives natlan a mechanism that favors slow element application or some sort, i don't really see her rising up. She pretty cute tho so thats a plus.
I pulled for her and I didn’t regret it but tbh her healing is good and all but her heals takes time I made her 4 piece Emblem and her damage is ok but I tried her in my freeze team and it went pretty nice her hydro application is slow but consistent so the enemies won’t break free from freeze easily

I gave Sigewinne a DPS set and weapon, on hydro application vs pyro one dose of her burst does up to 40k damage. I like that I can do a little DPS and heal a little with the same character. Also, blue and pink are like my favourite colours 😂

To be fair, healers are low demand in Genshin (unless the do more than heal). Healers aren’t ment to be on field because it takes away from the dps, most of the time you only need heals if you can’t avoid effects, and the best healers heal off field while buffing or applying elements

I have her in a team with Nahida, Nilou and Collei. She’s great on 4p emblem. People were probably expecting her to be another Furina, which isn’t the case ofc. I pulled for her cause I like her and was pleasantly surprised with her performance. When Nilou’s skill is on cooldown you can swap for Sige to do her ultimate. And she heals a lot, which is good news for Nilou.
i dont expect every character burst to do damage, much less a healer

I do love Sigewinne. In my opinion she’s a great support and I do not regret pulling for her! She fits well into my team and does pretty decent damage. I’ve been able to clear enemies faster with her than with Lyney. She’s great at healing, and she’s adorable. I suck at builds though, so she’s a wip.
Honetsly, after using her for almost a month in most team comps, i do not regret getting her weapon and her c1 instead of Furinas c1

She was worth getting just for her skill, and even if her damage output is low on her own, her healing is up there with some of the best like Baizhu so if you put her on ocean-hued claim she's decent for physical damage. She's also really made to buff off-fielders which isn't something other supports specialize in. And as for hydro application, no one is going to beat Furina and Neuvillette, but she isn't so much worse than some other 5 star hydros like Tartaglia or traveler. Also in terms of healing, those who not only heal from their skill but do it well are becoming a smaller portion among the ranks of healers all the time, and when you only heal from burst, you sacrifice effectiveness to build with ER, or just can't rely on their healing. I've tried Barbara who's frankly a four star healer for a reason and kokomi who makes you stand with the jellyfish in one little area and only heals one character at a time, but as a player who relies heavily on healers (I know, skill issue, sue me), Sigewinne is the first character who can really keep up with the kind of healing-from-skill im used to with my c1 Baizhu, allowing me to finally expand out from every team that isn't built around dendro reactions being really risky. Also, even though Sigewinne is a hydro healer, she doesn't inflict hydro on the player, meaning that you're not subject to annoying reactions, especially frozen

Any character has potential to be really good if you build them properly. Sigwinne no exception. Can do exceptional with Furina teams, as she can buff off-field dps..
I’ve just got her on a team with Raiden Shogun and Nahida, with a fourth interchangeable character. She seems to generate energy a lot faster than my Barbara, and I don’t have Kokomi…

If u use Bennett, furina, and air character that jumps really high (forgot the name) sigewwn can do alot of damage and i would know caues i use this team and she also heals the whole team and with a good build you can heal like 6-7k in each bounce( there are 5 bounces and three extra with her c1-2 )of her bobble, she also heals herself underwater.
I met this C6 User in Co-op, and she was doing 40k per tick with her burst. One of her constellations also make her burst last 7 seconds longer, making more dmg. Some people call her Mini Neuvi :)
I got her on my other account, im not regretting it because she’s so cute haha, also I like to pull for characters i like but yes, she’s not really a character to pull for if you just want op account

same thing happened with dehya, who works pretty okay with neuvillette
and. to some degree. baizhu (he is my goat i do not regret being a day 1 baizhu user)
The thing that separates them from sigewinne is that dehya has different uses and baizhu isn't just a healer he's a shielder even tho his shield is ass, he's a great dendro applier and he's Great as a driver, sigewinne can ONLY HEAL that's it, you new natlan will make kokomi better not sigewinne

Sigewinne, and not just Sigewinne but other characters can be really good and do lots of damage and healing, just depends how you use and build them
Every characters are good if you build them correctly whether it be five star or four star.. I personally like sigewinne she have been my healer after i got her she is kinda good at applying hydro application she do well with my kaveh and kirara and its fun using her

I tried pulling for Furina's weapon but I got her bow so I pulled for her. NGL, she makes the new 12th floor abyss so easy.
Oh wow. I honestly love her. I didnt really enjoy Furina’s playstyle, because of the damage she takes from your team, so sigewinne felt a lot more fun, as I didn’t have to worry about that as much. To me, she felt like an off-field hydro applicant while I used nahida and raiden to hyperbloom.
She's really great on a comp team eith Clorinde, Furina, and Bennett
I really think they are making support characters that does their best at C0 being a support, and their burst are not meant to be used until C6, though C2 is also a power spike for their support capability, which for me rn is just Dehya and Sigewinne.
