Its simple. If we find a woman with millions and billions of money, who is a total petrolhead and fast enough we would get a female f1 driver as long she has the needed luck. I am sure that there are woman out there who are fast as hell, but for woman it is still harder to convince sponsors and teams that you are fast enough. If you look around for every female driver there are hundrets or thausends of male drivers so the chance drops even more. And the F2 and F3 woman weren't fast enough until today. Best chance is Yuyu Noda but she isnt as good as she seemed in the beginning of her career.
It’s pretty simple. Look at female performance in world karting championships. Most F1 drivers proved themselves karting before moving to a formula series. It’s accessible by racing standards and shows who has talent.

Ok, first of all, stop thinking you know better and more than anyone else, this is a classic attitude that gets you nowhere except getting more hate and more importantly, debunking... Second:
There are a lot of drivers (male or, in fewer numbers, female) better than Latifi or Mazepin, but F1 drivers are chosen on a wide range of stuff, not only skills. And to even start a career that could lead you to a possible chance of getting a seat in F1, you need A LOT of money to even finance yourself for many years...
Also, I'm sorry but do you really think that the FIRST woman in F1 will become champion? Like, not the second one, or the third one, but literally the FIRST ONE? C'mon now...
Another thing, keep in mind that there are way more male drivers than female in ALL motor sports, if you had to pick a random driver who had talent (without looking at gender), it's statistically way more likely that you'll pick a male driver, it's simple math. In the same way there are less males interested in romance movies, but more interested in action movies, there are way more males than females interested in racing fast cars... I seriously don't think that in this modern age where equality is a huge advertisment boost there's actually someone actively stopping women from getting a seat in F1 (or any other categories), it's just that there aren't enough to choose from, not even close. Forcing change where it's not needed or required is literally impossible, it's always counterproductive, and it always ends badly.
We'll see in the future (far future I'm afraid), who knows.
