I've never been a snowboarder. I guess I fit more into driver category. With that said, thanks for the stories and being good to others. Snow sports can be dangerous but really it is the friends made along the way. Ripping with Rene Rinnekangas and all those other great dudes. Color me jealous :)
The STORM TROOPER video Stale and Spenny made a few years ago completely reinvigorated my view on what I wanted to do on a snowboard, my riding was getting uninspired and I felt like I was not as powerful or creative as I wanted to be, but somehow after watching that video dozens of times I ended up with a huge motivation to pay attention to my technique. I knew I was never going to be an impressive rider on jumps but it made me realize I could really try to develop a powerful and creative way of riding around the resort that would keep snowboarding fun for me for a long time to come
Ståle is the most relatable snowboarder for me because he is such a calm and humble person and his hastag #nevergrowup is something that resonates with me a lot. I think we all should add value to society but, we also need to be kids from time to time. And snowboarding does this for me!!! Also from following the StåleLife series I became a fan of Oakley and whenever I can find a discount for an item that I need and they sell, I will buy it. That way, part of my money supports Oakley, snowboarding and perhaps helps people to #nevergrowup. Thank you The Bomb Hole for the episode!
Lol I’m the same with Oakley. Used to be such a cheapskate I wouldn’t buy nice goggles. Finally decided I wanted to support some of my favourite riders in what little way I could. Love my line miners too though. And my Clifdens
Stale is the man. I dislocated my clavicle a few years ago when I started snowboarding and discovered stale life during the recovery. Mr sandbech has been my fav snowboarder since
@8:45 "Mind Boarding;" I totally do that & assume ALL riders do it. I definitely dig getting to the levjjjjjel where you can learn tricks in your mind. Sort of like the level where you can watch pros compete & understand what they're doing, feel it with your body & see it in your mind. So deep & dope is The Bomb Hole!
Is anyone noticing the bitrate on the video going up and down? At times it gets choppy? Great to see Stale on. His steez is one to remember. Lanky and effortless.
Mikey came into my store randomly to ship his holden clothes back from denver to wherever and he was cool. i'm from maine and skated with pepper welsh dan. Good dude. Used to ride with alva, joyride, old school. Stale is ridiculous.
@2:42:16 I'm low on the totem pole compared to 1/10th the level of any Bomb Hole episode. BUUUUUUUUT... I'd like to see more spin direction changes or like 360 shifties or higher? Helgason comes to mind.
You guys are really good at picking the clip here, Great Channel. Need help.I have searched google and every where I could think. I have been trying to find a song that was in a snowboard video in the late 90s.Dont know the name of the video anymore. If anyone could help me find the group or name of the song I would greatly appreciate it. It is a rap group that almost sounded like The Spooks. The Lyrics went something like "You got to rise and elevate as high as you can be, surpass to new heights we thought we would never see, take it in stride like its to be because nothing is too good for me.
Thinking on the comments about air bags expediting the demise..... had me remembering Anna Gasser on the Natty Selection, rag dolled the whole course. A good snowboarder exposed as a gymnast?
just constantly increasing the rotations makes the slopestyle less interesting to watch. Like Stale shows, its the creativity and style make the sport interesting and fun, not endless rotation. This is snowboarding, not a gymnastic
Tell that to the advertisers and event coordinators trying to attract an audience though. Style is cool and all but what people really want to see, if you distill it down, is riders putting life and limb on the line. Plus the general public is full of mouth breathing dullards who will never be able to learn the intricacies of what core boarders know
Thanks for the chat boys👊🏽
Chyea! Loved it!

Mikey came into my store randomly to ship his holden clothes back from denver to wherever and he was cool. i'm from maine and skated with pepper welsh dan. Good dude. Used to ride with alva, joyride, old school. Stale is ridiculous.
Love the competition idea from Stale! Real world SSX tricky
Day in the life’s were some of my favorite type of skater snow segments. If the vlog is done like that it’s not corny

love the show. Will there be one with Terje?
Hail Ståle 👑🏂🏔️🚀💪🤘👍🤙🙌
Anyone else not seeing this on apple podcasts?
It's up on Apple Podcasts but there might have been a delay with the RSS feed on Wednesday!
Why'd you guys put the handsome squidward filter on Stale?
Grenier, "frontside indy........". Todd is cringing right now.
It might be time to make something like "Todd's Tip Jar" and it's the equivalent of a swear jar for any time someone uses the term "Frontside Indy" 😂
“Stoleigh” for us Utah folk.
Legend
Humble ripper❤
How do you change the siri voice on our phones to Mikeys ? Asking for everyone.
Could be in the next software update, you never know! Mikey's voice is just so calming

Ok since no one else is saying it, I will.
Dude looks like Snowboard Bieber.

You're not the only one, I also thought he looked like Justin Bieber, even the clothing style, I thought it was him
