    Messaging is beautifully succinct and truthful. This pebble of truth in the pond of humanity will move outwards as every person who watches it shares with another then another etc and causes positive change. The message has an undertone of personal responsibility to stand against laws and civil servants that unjustly persecute those of faith and those who are frail of spirit and/or body.

    Thank you Pastor. You knew the truth way back and preached it. Imagine if people had listened to you back then.
    Now, as we have witnessed, the imprisonment of a pastor, the intimidation of the church around the country, tickets and summons, health officers bullying church members and intimidating congregants, taking pictures of services, over a year later, do you believe?
    This pastor knew then and he knows now because he was listening to the Holy Spirit in him.
    The churches are still closed and people are suffering. Speak to your pastors and tell them to open your churches, if they won't, find one that will.

    Not to be negative, but this whole idea of "agreeing to speak what the Lord wants me to say, and a burden lifted off from me and I was able to write a sermon and get a good night of sleep" I take with a grain of salt. Seriously I'm not trying being nasty. I say this because I understand how the human mind works.... Those who come out of the closet because of the sexual "orientation" make the same kind of statements only when they decide to be"true to themselves".
    This idea of God/Paul not give an exception clause when commanding us to "Not forsake the assembling of yourselves together" in my name, needs to be put into context as well. Consider what it means to be created in God's image. God not only want us to love him who is the truth the way and the life, but he also wants us to be truthful and logical with a dangerous situation. Logic and truth are the two sides of the same coin, and, they are in the very fabric of the universe and our minds that He created. So... it's reasonable that God expects us to be logical and true. Therefore, when we're instructed not to forsake the assembling of ourselves as "his body", this means of necessity, it's not logical to assemble ourselves in front of a pack of wild lions, or, in the middle of a highway. BECAUSE we're created in his image, and we're suppose to treat this temple that is our bodies, that is in his image, with respect and care. (and by extension, our fellow man)
    The METHODOLOGY of understanding God, is by asking: what is the greatest and deepest truth?
    Does God want us to practice church by putting our lives at risk of a virus. Then ask (a seek out) how real a threat is the virus. We're basically asking "what is the deepest truth?"
    I was able to detect based on my information bubble 6 weeks ago that the threat wasn't real as they said it was, and keep on saying that it is, or the consequences of the infection is harmful to the majority of the population. Additionally ignoring the deaths that result from the extreme lock down, or fixating on the tragic but inevitable deaths of the elderly, need to be weighed as a grand balance to come to the truth. This is actually a spiritual principle! Why? because even in scripture God both hates and loves. It's not either one or the other; it's both. Jesus also "weighted" the scale of giving financially when a poor widow gave one mite. That was 100%. But to others, it was a pittance. Yet God sees that one mite worth more that many denari.
    The authorities however aren't in the same information bubble as I am, but are living in a bubble of fear, fiduciary duty, political repercussions, social repercussions and myopia. They didn't make it their agenda to ask "What is the deepest and weighted truth for the greatest good?"
    To those who would rather have him only preaching about Jesus...
    All truth is God's truth, even scientific data, and statistics. It's our job, in the context of being created in His image AND the rest of God's word to rightly interrupt that data.

    • @robynnbryar1977
      @robynnbryar1977 4 года назад +4

      And to all of us who were paying attention, it GRADUALLY became evident that it was corrupt and falsified. Be honest, you didn't know that it was corrupt and falsified right off the bat. The same process that allowed you to realize that it was false and corrupt is the same God given process that allowed you to assess the data.
      Scientific and statistical data is not necessarily a full on once-and-for-all revelation from God. But if we're all paying attention the amount of time it took for the Bible to be compiled, neither is the Bible. God took his sovereign good time to gradually reveal himself, and gradually introduce the gospel even though he hard-wired within all of humanity that a sacrifice needed to be made. Behold the idolatrous pagans, they at least understood that a sacrifice was necessary in spite of not being blessed with the truth as we now have it revealed to us.
      So take it from there. God seems to be delighted in having engage in HIS process in order to seek and find and it shall be found.

Because their babies were going to be deformed from a mosquito bite? Sars. .... Globe and Mail, May 28, “She cited reports that a single church service in Frankfurt, Germany, on May 10 had resulted in 107 cases of COVID-19 in the surrounding area - even though the church had followed strict government rules on the number of people attending and required 1½ metres of space between congregants.
In South Africa, at least 67 people tested positive for the coronavirus after hundreds had attended a prayer breakfast in Free State province in mid-March. Authorities had to trace and test more than 1,600 people who had come into contact with those who tested positive.”

      Gerald Dejong So sre they tracing everyone at the grocery stores? Golf courses? Liquor stores? You are fear mongering. The story was probably grosly exagerated like ao many are on the fake news. There is clearly an agenda to keep the churches closed. If you are Christian it is your perogative to say at home and not fellowship. But if theatres and hair salons are open there is no reason to argue for churches to remain closed just because of a news story of people getting sick after attending church. Especially when we have learned of the high number of false positive diagnoses. This disease has been grossely exagerated the world over. Deaths attributed to covid 19 when there was no positive test. And deaths such as heart attacks and car accidents being labeled covid 19 on death certs.

      Robynn Bryar did the Good Samaritan go the extra mile for his neighbour? So what does Jesus say about our neighbours?
      Matthew 22:37-40
      37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

      Yes the good samaritan stopped and helped but you wouldn't stop, you would be too afraid of catching Covid 19. You are afraid of Christians who are not sick who might be sick attending church. And it is Christians Gerald who are the ones in this society most likely to pick up the ailing person, (who might have covid 19 or be beat up in the road) to feed them, to minister to them. You are a man clutching at strawman arguments and scriptures. You have ignored all the points I made. You ignored all the points that the minister made in the video. You are here only to argue. You are here to tell Christians to stay in the box that the globalists want them to stay in. Again I call you out as not belonging in this conversation because you are not of the same spirit you have no right to quote scripture you don't understand to attempt to contain Christians at home. You use God's word as a slap in the face as a demon would use you to do. As scripture tells us even the demons can quote scripture. And even the demons recognized Jesus. Robynn Bryar I am not addressing this just to you personally. I am addressing this to all of our Christian brothers and sisters. I am very concerned that by the purveying of fear and doubt and by the purveying of misrepresentations we as followers of Jesus are losing our witness. We are lashing out instead of reaching out. Christians are sharing on social media without giving any thought to the consequences to others of a social media share. Based on hypothesis at best Christians are without care destroying the names and the honour of our neighbours. We share “maybe or maybe not” videos that elicit fear and doubt. When Christians share these incredible and potentially ruinous hypothesis are they fully considering how they are being viewed by their neighbours? How they are being viewed by God? Are we sure that we are not sharing false witness? I suspect that our neighbours are starting to see us as raging and fear sharing Christians. Is this something that our neighbours would want to mirror and to be a part of? At this time I really doubt that we are being viewed as the purveyors of grace and the purveyors of the love of Jesus when we chose rage over grace. Just think, our neighbours are in dire straits. Sick, isolated, fearing for their life, out of a job, financially ruined, fearing the future etc. etc. While they suffer through this horrific pandemic the people of God who profess to be filled with love and grace are putting their intellectual focus on purveying fear, doubt and misinformation. How does this further the Kingdom? How can we share a view of the people of God that brings our neighbours to Him? How do we continue to love our neighbours and keep our witness?
      Take care!
      Gerald.

      @@vanderlin4966 while there is much good in that positional statement which I whole heartedly agree with, there are two other thoughts that I have. 1. Science (accurate science) is actually an instrument of God. Secularists are not the only ones allowed to use it. Our detections/observations of what is going on in the world is just as much a scientific process as their's is. The other factor that both religious and non religious people must wrestle with is our psychology (proneness to fear) and politcal and moral power.
      2. Wooden obedience to God's law to gather together in the knowledge that an invading army will in all likelihood mow you down isn't obedience to God. It's foolishness that God doesn't expect from us. He expects us to true to truth, to Himself, and to goodness. He also expects us to be brave in the face of danger. (You'd also be using science to determine whether the invading army is a genuine threat).
      I wrote what I wrote earler on because of people's wooden appeal to gather together. I was making the appeal to the necessity of flexibility as well as logic. These are the attributes of God (Since truth and logic are two of the same coin) as well as wisdom.

    Very well said: "my body, my choice"... & more than that... church is Christ's body on earth... don't belong to Cesar.
    I think the Psalm 2 it is due to be mentioned here:
    "The Reign of the Lord’s Anointed
    1. Why do the nations rage
    and the peoples plot in vain?
    2. The kings of the earth set themselves,
    and the rulers take counsel together,
    against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying,
    3. “Let us burst their bonds apart
    and cast away their cords from us.”
    4. He who sits in the heavens laughs;
    the Lord holds them in derision.
    5. Then he will speak to them in his wrath,
    and terrify them in his fury, saying,
    6. “As for me, I have set my King
    on Zion, my holy hill.”
    7. I will tell of the decree:
    The Lord said to me, “You are my Son;
    today I have begotten you.
    8. Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage,
    and the ends of the earth your possession.
    9. You shall break them with a rod of iron
    and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.”
    10. Now therefore, O kings, be wise;
    be warned, O rulers of the earth.
    11. Serve the Lord with fear,
    and rejoice with trembling.
    12. Kiss the Son,
    lest he be angry, and you perish in the way,
    for his wrath is quickly kindled.
    Blessed are all who take refuge in him."
