Sadly, TRUTH in the church is rare. I never thought I would live to see this day (born in 1968). Thank you for providing these sermons “outside the walls”. Please pray I find a local body of true believers and TRUTH in the leadership. Your congregation is blessed. Preach it Brother!
Wonderful to hear a minister of the gospel calling sin, sin.
And how are you so confident he or you know what sims are sins? Who gets to decide what counts as a sin? Why do so many different religions and belief systems have different approaches to morality, and what counts as right and wrong? To have a deeper appreciation of what is “sin”, I recommend exploring other points of view of Gods creation. He created the whole world. The whole universe. God is not limited to Christianity. So a proper examination of sin would benefit with a more diverse perspective, would it not?
This man is Canadas most valuable asset.

I disagree, he’s misleading a subsection of society from being full participants in civic society. Intolerance is unacceptable in modern Canada.

@@Szuubs how should I challenge intolerance, by rolling over in submission? Yes, I don’t tolerate “intolerance”, there’s no place for it in modern Canada. Tolerance is about accepting others for who they are and not imposing our world views onto other people. We each can have different perspectives on the meaning of life, God, and how to live a good life.
But the need to impose it on others or greater civic society is by definition a form of intolerance. It’s a sense of superiority, that “we know better” or “we know what’s right”. No one religion or even more broadly, no one philosophical persuasion, can claim this. The beauty of knowledge and understanding comes from humility that as imperfect humans, we may not know all there is to know.
Thus it’s not our place to impose our own person views onto others. This respect for different ways of living and of different points of view are a key part of the fabric of modern society :).

Would you say that this stance: "intolerance of intolerance" is a morally superior view to mere intolerance? Is it a view people like Pastor Jacob should adopt?

My number one concern today is what my children are witnessing and being exposed to in school. I pray for my diligence.
Yes, it's painful and infuriating at the same time, the Lord keep our children safe from this perverse generation until His coming. Jesus is coming.🙏💖

Children are being exposed to tolerance, compassion and understanding in schools. Please keep your personal, limited world views at home.

Please read more diversely, to broaden your horizons. It’s one thing to watch and follow what confirms to our own biases. It’s another to expand our horizons and seek out new knowledge that even challenges our beliefs. Try watching a video of something that doesn’t agree with your own beliefs. And see how it resonates with you. Otherwise, how can we grow?
That is what happened with me. Out of Canada for 25 years. Came back in 2014 (Dec) and I do not recognize this country anymore!!!
And how is this a bad thing? Canada’s rich diversity is growing, and understanding of our colonial past harms on Indigenous peoples is increasing. If you don’t recognize Canada as it becomes more diverse, perhaps it would be good to experience new things and delve deeper into what makes modern Canada unique :).

Why are you so proud of being narrow minded? To the point that you brag about it on a RUclips video chat! God isn’t elitist, he doesn’t only speak to one group of people. He created everyone, so please respect other who are also apart of Gods creation, outside of the Church.

I'm American but I totally agree with this sermon and relate to it.
Watching this 4 years AFTER it was preached. Prophetic for sure. We ARE under God's judgement in Canada, 4 years later.
What do you mean? He doesn’t claim to be a prophet. Also, what “judgment” do you mean, towards Canada? Are you hearing voices? That’s more likely schizophrenia than God speaking directly to someone.

Why? He’s being intolerant and alarmist.
What do you think Jesus would say if he saw the Church moving in this direction? Remember how tolerant Jesus was to the outcast in society, the Leaper, the Tax collector, the Prostitute. Jesus was tolerant of the differences of others.
If you really want to know what is happening. If you can actually handle some truth. I invite you to watch the documentary
"Bad Faith" then use your reason and critical thinking and draw your own conclusions
