- The 2nd day of Pokemon Go Fest Global has started with Mega Rayquaza being in raids for 8 hours. As my friends and I continued to play the event in Washington DC, we went together with local trainer to go crazy for Mega Rayquaza raids. This was definitely one of the most insane raid grind I’ve ever done with a group of trainers in a long time.

It was crazy walking around DC, it was the first time I was around some parts of it thanks to Brandon, couldn’t keep up and ended up leaving around 2:00pm! Was too tired to continue!

I only did 16 normal Rayquaza raid in total and got 3 shinies out of it. The 16th was the first of the day during go fest and it turned shiny. But all we’re bad
It was great walking around with you doing some mega ray raids
I like how when you travel you can see how different the play area is in the different countries and states. Here, gyms were spread way out instead of next to each other. My area, we have to drive from park to park in order to get multiple gyms. I’d love to live in an area like Singapore or Japan where you can just walk and walk and have gyms and pokestops everywhere. But in reality, most countries are not like this.

Met Brandon during go fest and he mega evolved my friends shundo Rayquaza. A week later during global go fest a random trade with my friend didn’t even go lucky and I got a shundo Rayquaza. What a week HAHA

So that's where all my hundo checks went. Did 30+ Rays and the best I could manage was a 96. Still need my first hundo.😔
My luck is pretty much no hundos I get 96 or 98. On the regular last hundo was a doduo. Bidoof before that lol
I only did 5 rayquaza raids, but for me that's a LOT. I was in a city bigger than my hometown so people were actually playing. I was shocked to find more than 10 people in a raid. I've never seen more than 2 or 3 people inside a lobby in my hometown, so it's impossible for me to do legendary raids on a normal day. Now I can mega/primal evolve one of each three legendaries. ☺️

Great vid, where i live and play there are no other players nearby and because of the cost of remote raid passes i cannot join other peoples raids so ive not been able to do any primal or mega reqaza raids, but anyways ggs❤

I got a hundo and a shiny in 13 raids without buying the event ticket. Pretty happy with this weekend event. Also a shiny Groudon

Did 18 rayquaza raids yesterday 1 shiny and a 98% were my best, think I missed an invite from Princess unfortunately as I had been clearing some space and only saw it momentarily as I came back into the game. 18 Rayquaza raids, one 15/15/14 shiny and two extra shinies and two of them were back to back.
But I did nearly 40 primal raids without getting a Groudon shiny.
Could have used some more even luck 😂

I didn’t manage to do many raids yesterday because I was on a 10 hour train ride. However I was super lucky and got a weather boosted hundo rayquaza so I’m super happy. Didn’t get enough energy to mega evolve it tho:/

i had a shiny back to back it was the happiest moment of my life
I didin't get to to do the rayquaza raids because i didn't have 195 coins, i did have 192 but no one was knocking my 7 pokemon out of their gyms

I think I did 25 rayquaza raids, I got 4 shinies and 2 98’s, one of the shinies was a 98 too 😍
I did 64 mega rayquaza raids during day 2, got 8 shinies but no hundos… best ivs were 2 15/14/14 (one was shiny and I’ve maxed it out to level 50 and double moved it with breaking swipe and dragon ascent)

I had my game kick me out of four raids on Sunday right when the raid was beat. Lost 4 passes because the raids had expired :(
I did 30 rayquaza raids yesterday and got 1 shiny with 15/15/10 IVs and the best IVs i got on 1 of the 30 was a 93% so not great but i got 4 meteorites and still have 3 after i mega'd the shiny i got so i can hold onto them for next time rayquaza comes around
i did 15 raids, got a shiny from the second raid (96%) and 2 normal 96% ivs

My shiny luck was in the complete oposite side of me yesterday i had done 48 mega Rayquaza raids and didnt get a single shiny but i managed to catch a single hundo

Did 50 rayquaza raids, got 2 shiny,my Best shiny is 80%, and only got 1 good iv one (98%), my 2nd Best beeing 91%. I'm a bit sad but it was my first time ever spending money for raids so it was cool to see how it is to play (almost) as a real grinder !

89 raids, got the first hundo at raid 83, had so mny 2184/85 bofore that. 5 shinys total. I had given up but put in 25$ more for a last try :D Happy days.
Wish I knew where to remote raid on campfire my hometown sucked only had 1 opportunity to raid and they all bailed on 4 seconds to go

I did 7 and got no shiny and the best IV i got is 91%💀
i did 30,1 flee, 2 bugged screens so a lost pass and a mon(poss shiny or hundo) 8 3* and 19 2* that ill transfer on the next 2x candy , tbh i got annoyed with the amount of raid bugs, had the bugged screen multiple times but was able to reset before the raid finished to join back apart from the 1st 2 where i didnt leave as i had no idea what it was with the counter still going down, you are quite lucky xD but in the end it was a fun few days its just a shame they wont let you have the raid stack like special research mon if you are bugged and the raid finishes but you cant claim

I did 6 raids. 1 hundo and 1 98 shiny😂 Never before have I had that kind of luck.
I caught two shinies in 5 raids, one was caught at 1:12 AM, and the second shiny was caught exactly twelve hours later at 1:12 PM
I don’t have rayquaza at all and I started playing I think right after this event happened so I have to wait for it to come back 😭
Crazy, I was only able to get 7 shinies and 2 rayquaza during the event because I got food poisoning at the worst time possible

I had the shiny luck (3) but not the hundo luck (my best was a 93% and a couple 91%).
I’m getting back into Pokémon GO as of recently and I have 3 super rocket radars ready to be used. Should I use any for the regirock? How long will shadow regirock be out for?
might aswell get 1 if you dont have one, the beginning of next month you should get another quest for the pass and the mon may change

I have an 89 percent mega rayquaza can someone tell me if that’s a good iv for mega ray?
I did 10 Mega Rayquaza raids and got two Shiny's. But IVs are not the best. Still will be mega evolved. And the other best one I had was a in the low 90s IV. I had fun though.

I thought they boosted the shiny raid odds at first because I got 5 shinies from a total of 30 raids. 1 shiny rayquaza, 2 shiny kyogre and 2 shiny groudon. Groudon and kyogre were 96%, rayquaza 84% but still not bad and very lucky

I have done 66 total raids for rayquaza 39 from mega raids (go fest ‘23) and 27 from previous raids months ago and not one single shiny not one like wtf I’ve gotten 2 hundos from mega raids but no shiny like what happened to the higher shiny rates 39 raids and no shiny it was so irritating
