Hi everyone, I’m Alan from Healthy Kitchen 101. Today, we’re gonna be looking at the Breville Smart Oven Pro BOV845BSS Convection Toaster Oven. Looking at the unit, we can see that it has a large size and a lot of investment in the quality and the number of design and usability features but what about its cooking performance? To find out, we’ll apply our four curated tests to see how well the oven performs. Our tests include toasting 2 batches of 4 slices of bread back to back, baking a 9-inch pizza, roasting a 3-lb whole chicken, and air frying 12 oz of frozen fries.
Toaster ovens are on the rise as an alternative to full-size or traditional ovens. However, each model has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Just got this oven on Black Friday sale. I opened the box a few days ago but haven’t used yet.
Cuz I’m wondering if I made the right choice or not. I still need to watch more videos for other brands of oven. I’m not sure how many points you will give to others.
