That is indispensible work. I am 64. I was bullied from the age of 3 to 34. I was everyone's whipping girl. A horrible, covert narcissistic mother, and a malignant, devious narcissistic husband. As a result, I have aliented my children and others because I have CPTSD and had no idea that I have triggers. I micromanage and am fierce when I perceive injustice. It all beame too much, and at the age of 19 I began to have grand mal dissociative seizures. I was medicated. It worked. After 3 years, I was weaned off of the meds. A short time later I began to develop tremoring hands. The tremor has been progressive. The doctors can't find the reason. At this point I am disabled. The tremor is now in all of the voluntary musculature in my body. Abuse translates to physical illness, acute sometimes. I am alone in my life, and I am at peace in my home. I miss my children though. I love them so dearly. Bullying changed my life, and who andwhat I could have been. Believe me, I feel that loss.

Omg! Thank you for sharing your story. People especially schools need to be made aware of the effects of bullying so that they put more effort into prevention and stopping it.

I am soo sorry to hear your story, but I believe you still have a LOT of life to live. You are a woman of courage to share your story with people you don’t know & you are a survivor! I am a follower of Jesus and have not had an easy life myself, but God has not wasted ANYTHING and more people need to hear your story. I would encourage you to find a good church where people love on you (& don’t judge) & “fill up your love tank. “ It may take a while to find the right church, but I promise it will be worth it! God has used NON family people to heal my brokenness. Love & prayers for you! ❤🙏🙌

Disagree with some of this , I was a smiley kid and still got bullied a lot , smiling to much is lots of time's a cover up for insecurity . Stay calm and collected , tell them simply "that wasn't kind" but don't give them much attention on it because sometimes that's what they want , someone told me ask them questions like "what is going on in you that makes you be mean to others , it makes them think . Yes and No.

Excuse me WHAT? HOW & WHY DOES A 9 YEAR OLD KID KNOW HE'S GAY? I'm so sorry he killed himself but y'all sure it wasn't due to sexual abuse instead of just bullying? If a 9 y o kid ain't having sex how does he even know he's gay? They haven't even hit puberty or turned on sexually at 9.
And only 4 days of bullying and he's already dead. Being actual homosexual some day would NOT have been something he was up to the task for then.
I think someone's lying and murdered this poor kid! 😢

«Teach how to handle bullying» ? So bullying is accepted and totally normal ? So it is the victims do not have right abilities to survive? The «expert» is pretty weak….!

    • @rowenabanas3172

Its about teaching how to handle your reaction towards bullying. Its not about making it normal. Report is the call out
