I just ordered one but It doesn’t have a month and year stamp like traditional hard hats and it’s kinda thin...there is a stamp but it’s not molded in the hat and it’s inside the center... is it ok?

All the reviews for this hard hat say the suspension system that comes with it it trash and a aftermarket one is needed. Has this issue been addressed?
Yes, the suspension has been redesigned to sit higher on the head allowing plenty of room above your ears for safety/sunglasses. Also, the backstrap is articulated for a more universal fit behind the head. Check out this video, ruclips.net/video/UEFIgeha29E/видео.html. At the 0:36 mark you can see the difference from the original version, all models now feature that design.
