- Finally back on the Triumph!
Mounted a new chain and sprocket on the weekend, then went for a rideout.
Just turned on my GoPro - when suddenly a wild YAMAHA MT07 appeared...so i tried to catch him!

Damn that boy was moving!! It took quite a while to catch him even hauling ass. It was funny though to see just how fast the striple ripped by him on the straight though! Definitely no comparison in straight line speed. They’re great bikes and make very good beginner or intermediate bikes. I’ve got a buddy that has one.
haha yeah man that's right, didn't expect it that it gonna take so long to catch him up :D but yes as you said, on the straight there is no chance for him as the triple got almost 30hp more. Would love to try the mt07 one day though!
@@seemerollin675 yeah I’ve never ridden my friends but it’s a nice little bike and does well. It’ll still get to pretty illegal speeds fairly easy. 😂 In the twisties it’s very nimble and will hold its own but it’s definitely way down on straight line power for sure. My striple is the 765 so it’s even a slight bump up from yours. I have a yoshimura pipe on mine and love it. It sounds very similar to your Leo Vince. I’m hoping to get some videos on it this summer.
That sounds nicer than my 765 with a full akra system. You definitely knowhow to get the best out of that bike. Brilliant video

I currently have an Indian scout bobber. I love it and won’t trade it for anything. However, this bike has come the closest. I’m currently saving up for an older one cause it seems like 2010-2012 or around those years aren’t too far off the ones from say 2015-2020. They’re all solid and sound amazing.
Currently have $1500, need roughly 4K to get one with 10K miles or so.
This video is the best one for listening to the sheer sound of the bike.

Thank you very much man, appreciate that! I tried it once without DB and it was not making a big diffrence, for sure it's louder but sounds pretty much the same. Maybe i gonna give it a try 🤙

Moin. Möchte mir am Wochenende auch eine kaufen. Jedoch habe ich heute bei der Probefahrt gemerkt dass die Vorderbremse beim Bremsen von 80 kmh und schneller "rubbelt". Ist dies ein bekanntes Problem? Ich vermute krumme Bremsscheiben.
Hi, versteh nich ganz wie das gemeint is...bremst sie ungleichmäßig? Hab ich bisher jetzt noch nie gehört. Eventuell auch mal Bremsbeläge anschauen, vielleicht kannst du das Vorderrad aufbocken, drehen und von vorn drauf schauen ob die scheiben verzogen sind

Speaking as a mature person who is thinking of learning to ride, I want the Street Triple to be my bike of choice, This video was terrifying to watch though :)
watching is not the same as riding. Iv ridden for 45 years and video watching off season always give you the willies, never happens riding. I also cannot ride as a passenger. I'd walk 25mi before accepting a ride

Hey. Welchen lenker fährst du und was musstest du dafür ändern (Kabelführung oder so?!) Ich hab den lsl l01 und da passt garnichts...
Moin, habe den Rizoma MA001B. Den LSL L01 hatte ich tatsächlich auch auf meiner GS500E. Dadurch dass der Rizoma vom vorbesitzer verbaut wurde weiß ich leider nich ob man was verlängern muss, ich denke aber dass er kaum breiter ist als der orginale und somit Brems und Kupplungszug reichen sollten.
Dein LSL 01 ist knapp 4 cm breiter als der Rizoma den ich hab, das macht wohl schon nochmal was aus..
@@seemerollin675 danke für die Antwort. Der rizoma ist sogar schmaler als der originallenker und wenn ich das richtig in Kopf hab sogar niedriger. Mal gucken, was ich mir jetzt hole .

Smooth riding man! This took me right back in time to a 2011 675 i used to have, round headlights definitely looked better! Miss the triple feeling so looking for a 2019speed triple now, have you tried the speed aswell?
Thanks man! These headlights are definetly classic😁 Unfortunately haven't tried the speed triple...I choose the streety cause of the lower weight compared to the speed triple. But yea definetly wanna try one in future🤘 a bit more torque at lower rpm would be very nice on the street triple..

I bought a DID 525 VX chain and a SUPERSPROX Stealth sprocket! Feels like a new bike man
@@seemerollin675 Thanks for the info, I've heard great things about DID chains so will get one too. Sorry for all the questions haha, but do you prefer your leovince or the arrows? I currently have the stock cans on and they're ok, but finding the arrow 3-2 slip ons pretty difficult to find online. I can find new leovinces on ebay, but for like £550!
@@chrisd4642 umm that's a good question man.. I think if i had to decide i would take the arrows,even though i love the race sound of the leovince. But on longer trips they're too loud (my opinion) and i also think that the arrows look better! But yea, depends on what you want :)
Hi did you get an engine management light on when you fitted the vince cans and did you get the bike mapped? Just fitted these and theyre loud! Not sure why my engine light has come on though.
