I have the Dazzler #1 error where an ad had a color error in the interior. Bought it from my LSC without knowing about it read through it and noticed.
Yep, good call out to the RecalledComics site. I've been aware of it for a few years, and contributed pics of an error comic. It was DC's Millennium Edition: New Gods #1.
MAKE SURE if you're submitting one of these books you talk to a rep or put a note on your invoice to denote a recalled/error if it's not already on the census. In the case of my Venom book, I had just made a quick call and they noted it, otherwise they might have missed that little detail.

I actually have a copy of Hack/Slash: My First Maniac #4 cover A! I noticed the two page spread cut in half and didn't think anything was wrong. Now I know! Time to get this graded!
Nice to see RICO again! I'm not much for recalled books. They don't hold my interest like a good story or powerful artwork. I don't have any of these issues but it's interesting to hear about them.
Marvel rising Squirrel girl had a recall. I have a couple of the A cover and one of the wraparound
IVe got the Scooby Doo newsstand variant, recalled version. That should be pretty rare....
I have the Scooby-Doo #7 with the V ad. A cool thing is that my copy is signed by Scott - a sad thing is that there is a pretty big tear on the top of the cover. However, there is also a chance that I have a second copy hiding in my collection as I was buying the title at the time (the signed one was sent to me by the artist when I got some art from him).

I've picked up a free copy of the Avengers vs. Infinity regular cover error print this Sunday from a LCS. Also had a great haul this weekend from HPB Clearance Sale.

I got a Spawn #1 with "smugged" inside spawn logo. Looks like the printer spitted ink on the 1st page on the logo. They've recalled it. I can't see any on the census. And looks like nobody knows about that error. It was on direct edition only. It's rarer than a newstand copy. I just hope someone will back me up on this one day. Everybody thinks i'm wrong when I tell them its a recalled error.
I have an issue of carnage which prints a few pages twice but it makes the story in complete because it prints over the existing pages

I have an Uncanny X-Men 300 that does not have the X symbols on the foil cover. Instead it has a prismatic looking foil cover. I have never seen another like it.
I got a Mission Impossible 1 from Marvel Comics (1996) that was recalled because of the art of Tom Cruise on page 3. I got it for 50 cents in a dollar bin and sold it to MyComicShop for around 80 bucks I believe. I could've gotten more if it wasn't low grade. It was water damaged. But that was my first recalled comic experience and that is why I follow Recalled Comics and enjoy hunting them down. Great video guys!
I'm a huge recalled/error hunter. My personal favorite in my collection is my 9.8 Mission Impossible #1 Recalled Direct Edition, less then 20 exist. I also love the Justice League #51 recall. I have the Bee & Puppycat virgin variant and that Avengers Lim recalled variant in my "to grade pile". The Vermillion was new to me, which is exciting. These are the type of books that really favor those who like to dig through old long boxes. They're treasure hunts. Hope there's another recalled special. Love it!
I just cleared out the Batman TPB on eBay, found three error books for under $15 each. Thanks guys.

Hey guys! Love your vids!......however, wondering if you would ever consider listing the "hot" comics you talk about in the comment summary section? I realize you may think people will start just going to the list and not watch you guys, but I'm not so sure about that as its really entertaining to listen to you folks.......it just would be nice to see a list to refer to rather than have to watch the vid again......I suppose, I could make my own list while watching so I guess I'm being a lazy loser in making this request of you....anyway, if its "no" I'm ok with thats as I certainly could understand the reason...thanx, and keep up the good work........
I think this type of discussion, although speculative, drives a lot of interest in comic book collecting.....and after having taking a brief break from it, your vids are actually inspiring me to start re-entering the fray so to speak....I have to say, when I would go to the local comic shops in my area and seek out "hot" books or ones that were speculative, the owners would always give me that "look" ha ha....like, ok, whats this guy buying and why? What am I missing and am I selling something way under-price.....I can certainly understand this thinking, however, the shop owner discredit, they should understand that half the fun of collecting comics is trying to find that "treasure" at a bargain and that is what drives an element of collecting other than just simply wanting to read content which also plays a huge part in collecting...anyway, just thought I would share my thoughts on the matter! I hunted on eBay and found Carnage Mind Bomb for $3 bucks in what looks to be NM condition sadly I don't have a comic store anywhere close to me anymore as the old shop closed.
So I don't get to hunt in the field as much as I would like.
Not a shop around me for close to 200 miles so that stinks so who wants to hook me up with some of the Donny Cates Venom books that I miss now cause I have no shop to get them for cover price so I have to pay a inflated price all the time which sucks.
My Smybiote says we need's some Donny Cates Venom and I need them all Issue 1 through current who can help me with a deal come on folks help out a bro.

When a new editorial (Vid) took over Marvel in México, I was very happy to finally collect Avengers since the very first number (which corresponds to Avengers #400), so when I was reading this comic, I could't understand the story because this ended all of a sudden, and the first pages were duplicated instead, at the end. The funny thing is that this number has the title "History Repeats Itself" and if I recall correctly it has to do with back and forth in time or something like that with Loki, so I assumed that the pages duplicated were actually part of the plot and that the Avengers were returning in time to fix the problem. Weeks later, I was discussing with a friend how cool was to see the Avengers going back in time to probably fix the story and how Loki was making the thing so confuse even for the reader itself, but he didn't know what I was talking about. We checked his comic and it had the full story as is known, and then I checked other same comics and all were correct, just mine had some pages duplicated and no ending, so I did go back to the kiosk where I purchased and fortunately the owner didn't accept the return. Eventually I kept the defective comic (at my parents house) and is actually one of the best funny things that happened to me, is amazing how I believed for some weeks how that story occured (and how original was that from the writers). Probably I will grade this if I get the chance. Cheers.
Thanks for all your hard work, love the content. I found a copy of Scooby Apocalypse #25. The first two pages in the book are actually the first two pages of Batman White Knight #8. Not sure how many copies were sold or graded.
Dang, was really hoping that the recalled matrix comic was on here. I found it in a store bargin bin. Its at cgc being graded right now.
Just because the census numbers are low it doesn't mean that it's rare or that it's desired. A rare turd is till a turd. The real challenge is to try and gauge how much demand or interest there is, which is difficult to quantify.

Great list, well we all know the new Marvel Rising and Squirrel Girl Double page reprint of Arcade’s stats card, one that I got. I think it was done on purpose because I think Marvel is hyping up Arcade. He has been showing up in few titles lately.

I am not sure about you barcode remarks about them needing to be new on recalled books as you demonstrate that earlier in the show with hero bear, they have the same barcode.

Checkout X-Men manifest Destiny 5 it's got a Spider-Man comic inside. I got it in my pull and was super confused. Not sure if I'm gonna grade it but it's pretty cool. Also Spider-Man noir 1 i believe had a recall for showing old man spider penis.

What is the best record comics other is all star Batman and robin the boy wonder number 10. Always does well. And I love to suck that you can read the swearwords if you go Cardinals. Honorable mention to Justice League Barnes and Noble recalled issue 51. It has the cover for issue 52 on it. The only other recall I have is avengers vs infinity 1 the regular cover, is that worth slabbing?

I think they only real argument is that this feeds the speculation craze, but a lot less so than the cbsi segments. I do find both interesting though, especially how they present it.
