- Last weekend saw us take part in the Yorkshire Veterans Athletic Association Championships at Sheffield.
Dawn went for the 800m, 100m and 1500m whilst I ran my first 3000m race in about 20 years.
How did we get on racing way out of our comfort zone? I think we may have uncovered some hidden sprinting talent here.
