This was good. The music reminded me of how much I enjoyed trolling people with this character during his debut. It's too bad holding down the kick won't increase damage for oil dives. One thing you forgot to mention was cower crouch cancel during oil dive is new for USFIV. The only other thing I could think of is maybe mention that lk special is hit invulnerable, mk is throw invulnerable, and hk is fireball proof. Mmmm, he's one of the few characters that has a two part attack with the oil slide into tackle. If you commit to the tackle the slide cannot be fadc'd so it's worth mentioning but only for him. Otherwise you'd have to say what moves can and can't be fadc'd and that would be a nightmare. Oh, and fun fact, if you're already committed to a move and the oil wears off mid way the damage buff still counts. So if you land U1 and the oil wears off it's okay.

Since I never said if a move is invulnerable or throw invincible or projectile invincible and since the only missing information is that Oil Dive charge animation can be canceled into Guard Position I don't think I will remake/re-upload Hakan's movelist. I'll just add a note in the description, comment section or an annotation. That should be enough.

I played as this guy in an arcade/bowling alley against 1 guy like 5 times doing the same "combo" of forward HP, crouching LK over and over, and after we fought I went through the arcade mode. I figured out how to grab in the Seth fight.
