For those that are confused on to put character in this course you confirm/select your characters by choosing a character then on the right side of the screen it will say select in the middle of the screen. It looks like a side ways triangle or arrow.
Great explanation on this nice new feature. Good way to level up toons for the basic summon tapes (I believe the tapes appear at breakthrough levels 10, 30, and 50). All the extra resources are icing on the cake
There is a limit. The lower ones have a small limit (use only around 3 times) The later ones have a bigger limit (enough to gain dozens of character levels)
I dont get it , so lets say i have a level 1 character , the max level that character can reach is 10 and then i need to upgrade him/her to extend the limit
Basically, you wont use up any exp u need to build future characters, instead allowing you to raise anyone your not using. The exp wont overspend either, so its a good way to level other characters in the background

Question, I used the Tactic courses to the point one of them reaches Zero EXP with a message saying This Tactics Course can no longer provide Agents Any EXP. Do these Courses Renew themselves Eventually, Or not, I'm curious?
Right now there is no way to refill them so they are a 1 time influx of XP. The total amount with all 5 or 6 spaces is the equivalent of 250+ Red Agent XP items so it's a valuable (if limited) resource

It's not 'infinite' xp but it should add up to a significant amount for all of your characters.

Like Xeno says below, you still need the mats to break level limits. This saves you from farming / wasting Investigator EXP.

you have to choose the character, then choose them again by pressing confirm on the main screen. (its confusing at first)
why would you cancel before going to sleep? Doesn't that cancel all the progress you made whilst they were in there
No, any exp they gained remains.
