Sorry to say thay Swami Atmapriyanandha is not enlightened. He simply quotes Vivekananda, Ramakrishna, Vedas and Upanishads. Rationality was used even in constructing this statement. Rationality and belief both are used in every aspect of life though in varying degrees. Emphasising one culture or group of ideas eg sanatan dharma in manner of ‘nothing stands against it’ is also a way of saying ‘my way or sky way’, it is radicalism. No knowledge is perfect but we still keep on building over it trying to come closer and closer to reality.

@@summerbreeze5115 if you take it literally, it will look like a fairy tale itself. The way these things were depicted was through symbolism since it was an oral culture for a very long time. To give you a small example, Sadguru says shiva was asleep and shakti went around shiva. If shiva was sleeping and shakti went around, she obviously went around in an elliptical orbit (yes, some may argue that the orbit is a dumbbell shape but thats similar to elliptical). Its the depiction of the movement of electrons around the nucleus that is said and instead of nucleus and electrons, the names used was shiva and shakti.
Now maybe this is also not true. But it is a perspective. Instead of ridiculing someones views, if you actually sit and think, maybe it can lead to a more productive discussion/ thought process. It is okay for a 6 yo to think its just a story, but you saying you have a niece means that you are an adult. You definitely have more processing power. Its worth a thought :)

From what I see believer is only telling how scientists were beleivers that implies you should too be believers. Believers preach, scientists discuss and monks and yogis also discuss to a certain extent. That's the major difference because if this were a Sunday school in US and a person would have said ok I feel Islam takes me closer to God or Hinduism or Judaism takes me closer then all hell would have broke loose in padre's mind. Similarly if it was a mulla in a madarssa and someone would have said i feel closer to God through Christianity or any other religion then all hell would have broken loose in his mind 😂 that is why weird explanations of especially organised religions and the way they claim monopoly on truth sound vague to me. According to Christians those who have not repented through Christ are going to hell and they have all scriptural backing for it, according to Muslims all those who do not accept the FINAL WORD of God are going to hell and have a strong scriptural backing for it 😂
