How to use TASSIMO FINESSE - setting up your machine & first use instructions

Learn how to set up your TASSIMO FINESSE with easy step-by-step instructions. Follow the instructions in this video if you're using the TASSIMO FINESSE by Bosch coffee machine for the first time, or haven't used it in a while.
1. Starting up the machine: take your TASSIMO FINESSE and the user manuals out of the packaging and read them thoroughly. Take the quick start guide out of the water tank and read it.
2. What will you need? A glass that will hold at least 250 ml and a soft cloth. Plug in the machine and it will start automatically. The status display will light up red (water tank empty). Remove the water tank and clean the water tank after that fill it with water up to the “max” mark and insert it back into the machine.
3. Remove the service T DISC and insert the service T DISC into the T DISC. Place a glass that will hold at least 250 ml on the cup stand and begin the cleaning process by pushing the Start/Stop button. The cleaning process is finished when the status display lights up yellow and remains lit. Empty the glass and repeat the cleaning process two more times. Remove the service T DISC and stow the service T DISC away in the machine since it will be needed throughout the life of your machine. Fill up the water tank and insert it back into the machine.
4. Your TASSIMO FINESSE is now ready for use!
