Gurdeep is a very rare politician. He is very soft spoken but very firm on his stand. He is well educated too. Ideal PM material from my perspective.
Excellent responses to every question from Gurdeep Sappal. If Rahul Gandhi can surround himself with such capable people, the party has strong growth potential. Previously, Rahul had surrounded himself with deadweights like Jyoti Scindia and Milland Deora. I could never understand why. The fact that the party has cleansed itself from these lackluster members, there is room for talent to grow and rise. Looking forward to Congress keeping its word and focusing on a pro-democracy, pro-poor, pro-people and pro-social justice path. As a minority yourself, Gurdeep, I do hope that you will keep fellow Muslims in mind who have faced the brunt of the hate under the Modi-Shah regime for a decade. Sujit, it was a wonderful interview. Would you also interview Mr Sasikanth Senthil IAS, now a Congress MP. He has a lot of stories not widely shared in English media. He has worked in Karnataka as IAS and handled Sangh Pariwars in dealing with their hate politics. Mr Annamalai is over-hyped by Godi media while this man is not in the national media much.
Now is the time to abandon complacency and defeatist attitude and fight like never before. Otherwise for sure there will be a push back!
