It is not education, but honesty, that is in primary need for a PM candidate. Say, for argument, Rahul is an honest person. Then tell him to explain how wealth to the tune of thousands cr. burdened his shoulder to give pain ? What payment does he still collect from China in several pretexts ? China is neither mad nor mad dog bite them to spend behind such a worthless. Then, what's the actual story ? Will he oblige to tell ? If he can satisfy with his answer, he will be a regularised as an honest man.
