- Tired of winter? Perhaps you're having a tense day... well here is a video to relax by. There are no huge Great Lakes freighters in this video- just waves and waves of relaxation for you to sit and enjoy. Lower your blood pressure, calm your nerves and look at a passive Lake Huron.

Just saw a press release from her owners. They were only doing routine cleaning and repair to keep her in good storage condition. NO Decision has been made one way or the other as to her future.

Have you heard scuttle butt about the Edward L. Ryerson being brought out of LTL because of the Blough fire?
I've seen AIS reinstalled/activated and steam out her funnel.
I've heard she's gonna get a self unloaded from a recently scrapped vessel. And take over some or as much of the Bloughs contracts.
What do you think if you have an opinion Les?
Just saw a message from the owners... it is ALL simply scuttle butt as of now. They were simply doing some normal care and cleaning to keep her in good storage shape.

Actually, the H. LEE WHITE had passed earlier, but from that distance only the tops of her deck houses were visible below the horizon and she was too small to actually make out.
