Does F-statistic have an expected range, or is it unbounded? I'm reproducing this analysis in a cloud business application that doesn't have a function like F.DIST.R(). One option might be to put in a lookup table ... given values for F, df1, and d2, return the P-Value from that table. That approach works only if there is a reasonable range of F values.
