The Commonwealth is just so powerful in every single game. You should do a video where you give the "lucky nations" in 1444 horrible modifiers so we can see which nations rise in the chaos, or if the "lucky nation" bonus can carry them through the negative modifiers you give them.
The colours of the Revolutionary Great Britain flag are hilarious because they were the ones used by the Suffragette Movement so with that and the fact that the British leader is a woman makes me think that it's a nation of suffragettes 100 years too early who've gone fucking beast mode.
Video idea: completely swap the economy That means swap the development, the trade direction, the dev cost modifier of provinces and the value of trade goods
EU4 but prosperity is op, prosperity gives 1 dev/year, 50 years of prosperity 2 dev/year, 100 years of prosperity 4 dev/year, 150 years of prosperity 8 dev/year, and so on
Idea: Every continent starts off with a rarely seen formable nation already in existence. As an example: Prussia in Europe, Qing in Asia, Zimbabwe in Africa and the Incas in South America. Adding ones for India or Indonesia is sort of tricky, since the small formables wouldn't have that much of an impact, while the big ones would be too OP from the start of the game.
@@Chewbert All provinces are considered adjacent to eachother. An army can travel from London to Delhi without stepping on a single province inbetween. Korea can establish a claim on Ethiopia, or every other inhabited province for that matter. Portugal can establish it's first colony in Alaska Russia Frontiers the entire known universe. Idk if that's even how frontiers work but it'd be funny if they did. If it's too hard to do, maybe just do one province and turn it into a sort of "King of the mountain" style game where whoever controls this one province has access the entire world. It could be Roma. I can see it now "All Roads LITERALLY Lead to Rome in EU4!?" My hope is to create maximum bordergore, but the consequences of every province being connected are huge. Institutions Spreading extremely quickly, Ming Exploding instantly because it's now adjacent to every horde in the game. Or maybe it doesn't because now every minor nation in africa is a potential tributary.
This sounds very simple but it has a lot of implications: EU4 but the whole world is Catholic, and the Reformation doesn't spawn. This has AE implication, catholic mechanic implications, effects on The Papal State. Sounds more interesting the more you think about it. Oh. And everyone can get PUs and marriages.
arent lithuanian provinces, or provinces owned by them, already mediam dev provinces ? I thought they already are around 10 dev each. Would have expected them to be below rank 10 in dev
If you just want to lower the game's speed, another way is to turn off Conquest of Paradise, especially is you are playing in Asia (keep on El Dorado though)
Day 24 of asking for there is no subjects (I mean not just removing subjects in 1444 but maybe an event that makes a nation independent when it's a suject)
tbh I kinda wanted to see what it would've been like with the natives, you know with them usually being low development backwaters, and hey we could see like 3 or 4 native regional powers in America, and not one big boring blob, I know they are op but I could see how they are, along with whatever happens in Mexico, central America, suppose I could see that myself.
This is probably the most anestheticly pleasing mughals I've ever seen Also shout out to Ajuraan The MVP who managed to stay calm and steady still the very end
It would be interesting if you could somehow do this with tech. I don’t know how that would work with the institutions, but it would be cool seeing more non-western European states shine like this video
Subscribe or you have to live in 3 dev Paris ► ruclips.net/user/Chewbert

Isn't 3 dev Paris just Paris but with extra steps?

Unlucky nations 👀
this is sorta like setting lucky nations to random
PLC can be lucky nation, but for short period between mid to lategame, and not guaranteed with being lucky.
Yeah, It's kinda surprising that every single Game they smash muscovy to pieces.

Love these videos where disadvantaged tags are given an advantage, I mean the Ottomans were gone by the end so I see this as a win
Had me on the edge of my seat waiting for an endgame development map

That means swap the development, the trade direction, the dev cost modifier of provinces and the value of trade goods
Also swap the technology and put natives on but remove the European countries
I was hoping Siberia would be a gold mine for Russia
Bruv you actually have really good commentary, made it real fun to watch. This was a really good introduction to your content.
Cheers Luke, glad to hear you enjoyed it :)
That military hegemon Commonwealth was based. Truly based. Definitely the third Rome.
Commonwealth of the Three Romes. It's got a nice ring to it.
The moment I saw that the Eternal City of Roma was as a backwater province, I knew that world was not a world worth fighting for.. 💔
The Angevin Imperial Republic 🗣🔥
I love how the Siberian tribes all the way on the east of Siberia are metropolises, meanwhile France was just an undeveloped backwater.
the world if humans really hate nice places to live
Ahhh Love to see a big Commonwealth!

Most realistically accurate depiction of france in any game ever

4:50 The two halves of the Two Sicilies.
I really want to see this one as a grand campaign.
It feels like an interesting HoI or vicky mod setting.
This is the closest to an 1984 scenario Ive ever seen from the ai in EU4
Mughal went beast mode
I really hoped that hordes will do some crazy stuff, kinda sad that AI can't into hordes even with large dev buff
This is a silly question but why do you eliminate the roaming tribes?
This video was super interesting. Bjt you know what would be super interesting as well? Islandbois 2, electric boogaloo with more nations this time.
Done and done, expect it in the next couple weeks!

Homie that’s Canon!
7:45 wondering why Portugal has a discrepancy in their dev totals there 🤔
Devved a province before month tick most likely

Hmm yes lore of eu4 the new order
Were can I get the mod that gets rid of the natives?
There are a lot of mods like this, just type "no natives" or something like that on steam workshop
If you just want to lower the game's speed, another way is to turn off Conquest of Paradise, especially is you are playing in Asia (keep on El Dorado though)
It’s called remove natives 1.34, I made it
Whats the UI mod? Looks good
2k project for 1440p resolution monitors
Who knew that turning poland into a backwater state will make them win a game
piece in the last recap? like the calm cello's but forgot the name.
What do you call this? The green utopia?
Awesome video and comment
I was definitely expecting Guge to pop off
Finally found an account that regularly posts EU4 observer videos - thank you XD
My pleasure 😎
They may not be free but they at least finnished their former overlord.
do EU4 but all nations with 100+ dev are balkanized at the start
Chewie (*growls like Wookie*) who said you were allowed to change your picture? I looked at my subscriptions and I was like who is this person?
Did all the change in dev change the spawn location of institutions?
Naw institutions are scripted to spawn in certain regions
I agree. That is the natural borders of France.
This was interesting.
What map mod do you use? it looks great.
GMI and the terrain shadows add on :)
Whats the map mod and UI mod? Love the vids btw chewy!
Graphical map improvements :)
UI mod is the 2k project because I have a 1440p monitor.
Cheers, thanks for the love!
Actually i thought novgorod has finally a chance to be big
you should do the shattered world mod for victoria 3
I will! I'm waiting for the devs to fix the issue with revolutions happening over and over
It's always a joy to see Mughals owning entire asia
Its Polish curse that we have to border some geen blob
You should convert this to Vic 3
Similar Idea. What if every province has 3 dev. Or mabye 30 🤔
How come your mods still have natives lol
That's a shame that the natives are gone, I was particularly interested how would they do with the inverted dev when I saw the title
Day 9 of asking for everyone is Dutch because then we all have 🌿high development🌿
Fyi, just give everyone Dutch trading ideas and the polders monument, unify the Netherlands under the Dutch flag and everyones culture is Dutch.
the balkans: finally after all those years

Natives don’t handle development the same as established nations sadly, tribal development moves around and whatnot, it isn’t compatible with this mod
