- In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4) video we will be moving ALL monuments in the WORLD into Constantinople and allowing Byzantium to use EVERY SINGLE ONE of them, with massive buffs to tons of stats like advisor costs, technology, military bonuses, and many more.

I mean, some countries work like that these days, first you get rich and after that you "pay" a party to become a senator or congressman or run for president. The benefits of being a retired or current president in a free country like france, germany or usa is really something to pay for.

Imagine going to school and learning about how your dying country suddenly had the greatest comeback of all time
Because lots of great monuments from around the world suddenly teleported into that dying country for some reason, and they all magically make the people of that country stronger and smarter for some reason. 😂

Not sure if you can have multiple of the same monuments in one game but it would be interesting to see various minor nations around the world all have “every” monument.
Just give out modifiers through ideas instead

Well you can do pretty much the same in Ironman if you go confucian mughals rooth ) at least 2/3 of all monuments will be available to you.

Leave monuments in place. Take away culture/religion requirements. If you can, remove the monument level loss on conquest. Make all monuments level 3 and let'er rip.
