NOTE: THE INSIDE LOCKING PLATE HAS BEEN REPLACED IN LATER ITERATIONS OF THE RACK WITH WASHERS AND NUTS. THIS IS TO ACCOMMODATE FOR VEHICLES WITH CROSS MEMBERS OR SIMILAR WHICH MAY IMPEDE THE LOCKING PLATE.
