no way I could go to "anchor beers" on a paddle board. I can only imagine it is a refined skillset honed over many years :). Thanks for the new post.
hehe, it`s surely not the safest idea when you plan to have a couple more and I would always advise to carry anthing of value in a watertight bag ;). Plus: where we hang out, it`s pretty warm so it`s not a big deal if you splash accidentally.

I lived in Pavones for a few years, and 9 years in Costa Rica total. I miss living there. But family needed me in the states so I had to come back. I used to see the Osa peninsula from my bed. I always wanted to go over there and this Xmas I think I'll go. I have a son there to visit so we need to go do something fun. It's not hard to have fun in Costa Rica..

thank so much, Jeff! Yes, the marina is quite nice. Really great restaurant and bars, hehe. But also really nicely places. You can go explore in the afternoon after a good day of boat work and some world class surf spots are just some hours away by bus.

There just isn't a place in the world where we can totally escape the carelessness of humanity - we are by far the worst thing ever to happen to our beautiful planet, and so you are taking on a very mighty foe.

I love to see new videos out. I don't worry to much about the frequency of your up-loads, as I personally find it amazing that you, and other channels I follow, are able to get such interesting content out at all. After all you have your vessel to sail, take care of, your self to take care of and a multitude of other tasks that demand attention, so I say well done. Take care, be safe and live your life to the fullest.

My problem is: not enough time and also not feeling like making it a business where I don’t have time to read every comment and answer it myself ☺️. I think that where I am at right now, it’s still possible for me to manage it myself and keep it personal. I am not sure how things would feel if it grew out of “my hands”.

Ich verfolge deine Aktivitäten nun schon seit einigen Jahren. Du hast alles richtig gemacht , deine Träume ,in jungen Jahren umzusetzen.
Ich freue mich auch, dass du mit euerem Projekt so einen Start hingelegt hast. Du hast ja im letzten Monat auch eine Tour entlang der Ostsee gemacht und ich hoffe, dass diese aus deiner Sicht auch den erwünschten Erfolg hatte.
Ich hoffe, dass du weiterhin deine Videos einstellst, und alle deine Fans an deinem Leben teilhaben lässt.
Ich hatte Anfang der achtziger auch diesen Traum, konnte ihn aber leider nicht mehr umsetzen, heute kann ich es leider auch nicht mehr, weil die Gesundheit nicht mehr mitspielt.
Es ist aber toll zu sehen, wie mit dir noch einige andere Segler ihre Träume leben.
Ich freue mich immer auf euere Videos, bitte macht weiter damit und mit euerem Projekt.
Vieleicht hast du wahrgenommen, dass ich im September in der Bretagne war, hier hat man jetzt an vielen Stellen Sammelbehälter aufgestellt, welche von den Strandbesuchern auch rege angenommen werden. Es war regelmäßig Müll und vor allem Netzstücke und Kunststoffteile in diesen.
Dir weiterhin viel Erfolg und eine handbreit Wasser unterm Schwenkkiel.

Both of you really amaze me! How is Maria solo sailing that boat? In a previous episode it looked like it took at least 2 people to get that gaff main hauled up. That's a heavy sail with the gaff and boom! 😳😍
