One of the problems with glitched balloons is that they make people think legitimate balloons are glitched & spend a bunch of time trying to do the glitch only to realize it's not glitched & be disappointed that they wasted all that time instead of satisfied that they found it.
I don’t perform have a problem with out of bounds balloons as long as it’s still possible for someone to get the balloon just base game as long as they have the skill to pull it off. It can lead to some really impressive and cool hiding spots.
While I LOVE glitching this game, just please don't do it to hide a balloon. I have experienced a clipped balloon in New Donk City, but it was kinda showing through a tiny gap between two buildings. I managed to see it in that little gap, and I just quit right then and there.
I HATE glitch spots. If you don’t know how to glitch into that spot you basically loose money. And to top it off glitch spots are glitches your not supposed to be able to get there

The glitch is called Roll Cancel Clip (well thats what i call it) and you have to ground pound but instead of pressing you press x and then after pressing x immediately press y and b edit: i meant instead of pressing y you press x

The first ballon was apparently a legit, well hidden ballon, and he stop to search it. If glitch balloons did not exists, we would start with the idea that all ballons are fair, and we would search al of them. Mario is a casual game, most of the players are casual, not tryhards. If they can't see a high priced balloon, and they suppose it's glitched, they abandon. That's why high priced ballon are, sometimes, not that hard. Because glitch ballon exists, it reduce the fun for players ( except for the 3 tryhards that have fun abusing bugs ), even if they don't encounter them. It's psychological. They have a toxic impact on the game.
