It takes a while to get from the terminal to the runway!
I have always been a massive aviation fan and play FSX most days and have done since the 90's , however, i am always nervous at this taxi bit... once off the ground then i relax.... as its hurtling down the runway i am willing for it to lift.....

nice sight, I usually check the ones from Edinburgh (I stay in the flight path, and its a nice cheap way of checking my roof tiles).
I also liked the announcement "welcoming executive members" (thats secret code for all those idiots that paid well over the value of a ticket for an extra bit of leg room - - - - - also, the next time you fly, when getting off the plane check the state of 1st class cabin - fekkin animals)

Because of the light source, The sun. The light source of any shadow would change the size of the object depending on it's distance, and at 93 million miles away, no object's shadow from the sun would change in size.

On any airport runway in the world, u wl find two numbers written at both the two ends of the runway.
What's the meaning/significance of these two numbers and what's the difference between the two numbers n why is the difference always constant for all the runways in the world ?
