Great video JonBoy! This brings back some fun memories. I collected the Mosin rifle when they were plentiful and going for $80 also. I wish I would have bought more of the ammo in the spam cans when they were around. I miss getting those deals. We used to call it the fire breathing dragon because of the fireball.😆 It would also kick like a mule! I can’t image fighting a war with it. What a cool piece of history. Thanks for sharing your collection. Keep up the good work and God bless. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I have no Fin Rifles... I do have three 91'$ from WW1... 2 US & 1 Russian... I do have a Real Tula Sniper Rifle... I took an X Sniper Rifle, a Real Scope Mount and a Real PU Scope to recreate what was needed... Tap the welded holes with a punch and they fell out... Then started with tapping the holes to clean the threads and finished with cleaning it up once everything was mounted. The funny thing is that I might have $500 in the whole rifle. The most important thing is that it's dated 1942. I got completely blessed!!!
I Have Some Nice Class 3 Weapons Welded Up Too... People forget how expensive they are also... You have a great start also... Don't let it get as big as I am today... It's a headache
My M44 carbine is also 1946 dated from the Izshevek arsenal. But the interesting thing about mine is that it spent time in Romania due to the Romanian stock repair on it.
nice collection for sure. im sure your proud of it. great guns too. i use to back in the 90s buy these from SOG for 39 dollars apiece. id buy 10 at a time and sell them at guns shows i set up at. the ammo was super cheap back then too. nice video thanks for sharing.
A nice collection of Mosin’s . Just thinking about mine , I believe I have 11 , that includes a Finnish M27 , the Chinese Type 53 and the Polish variant of the Russian M44
Jon my only Hex receiver Mosin that I too got at a yard sale isn't a ex Dragoon it is a actual dragoon. Plus it is my only Tula and also Finnish and it is 3 years older than yours. It only cost me $100 back in 2019.
@@JonBoyMilitaria With how scarce M91 Dragoon fin captures are on top of it being a Pre-68 import without import marks. Only thing wrong with it was the stock was hacked up but I have it in another Mosin Nagant stock.
It might be worth your time to acquire a curio n relic license. It is very affordable. I purchased about 20 of these thru the mail. 1 m39, 1 91-59, these 2 cost about $80 each. the rest are all M-44's which I purchased for $49 each. My favorite is an unissued Polish m-44, this one was the most expensive at $110. The application fee is only $30
My right ear thoroughly enjoyed this.
Thank you for watching
