Now that's a haul to be proud to own. I love the flag that looks to have been shot. The firearms are really nice.. I thought I was going to have to throw the phone. It keeps hanging on me. Now I know the kids struggle playing games..lol. Thanks for sharing with us and God bless
Awww. Cmon. I’m a fan of Keep em’ rolling too so to see a collab is great. Two individuals who really showcase the collectors spirit. Saludos from south of the border. Keep up the great work.
Nice pick ups again. I once had wanted to get the 10 makers of M1 carbines... was up to six at one point, but ended up trading 4 of them away (I know went one toward my Japanese Type 2 and 2 of them went toward the Johnson). The great thing about the S&W 1917 over the Colt is the milled shoulder in the cylinder making it easier to fire without needing a moon clip. You can actually pick up stuff to shoot out of the flare guns at many gun shows... i.e. smoke grenades and fireworks.
I am still hoping I might get all 10 makers. Lol. Fingers crossed. It would be cool having a Type 2 Japanese and the Iver Johnson too. Shooting the flare gun would be awesome.
Always love seeing one of your videos pop up on my RUclips notifications. And what a great surprise to see Steve from Keep em’ Rolling there too. You got some excellent items on this pick. I like the variety of U.S., German, and Japanese militaria. That M1 carbine is beautiful! The US Army M1917 is on my wish list as well, congrats on checking it off yours. The posters are super cool and those German flags and flare gun are awesome. Thanks for sharing your haul with us and preserving history. Keep up the good work and God bless. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Nice pickups! The 1917 is actually in decent shape other than the pitting, it all looks original. Also the flag with the bullet holes is golden! Great pickups for sure
some really nice items for sure. that japanese holster is a great addition since you have a nambo now. thats the water proofed canvas type and they are pretty rare. thats what my nambu came in and i like it.
The M1 helmet stated production around July/August 1941. They didn't really start being issued until around mid-1942. The Kelley helmet was starting to be phased out. The M1 offered better production overall.
@@JonBoyMilitaria I have seen the Kelly during the Doolittle Raid up to Midway. I have a Kelly helmet I picked up in Seattle. I visited Fort Casey on the. Was warned about the balloon bomb in the Park.
