Wanting to build a lighter weight mountain rifle, I settled on 22” to reduce the length, which was acceptable for the chosen cartridge, I called GA Precision up and got started. They convinced me to go with the heavier M24/40 contour based on the suppressor use and accuracy. My GA Precision barreled Weatherby 307 shoots 0.4” groups with premium shelf ammunition. They used a Bartlein 5R in carbon fiber. I couldn’t be happier with their work!!!
