Wouldnt worry about the Tavares obligation fee, just coz hes got 5 assists so far doesnt mean hes worth tons, no doubt he will be a liability soon for lazio and their fans will be giving him abuse soon like the marseille fans did, hes so bad defensively he costs his team so much, those assists to gloss over his liability wont last much longer

As someone currently recovering from a fairly minor ankle strain, I can’t stress enough how big it is that Odegaard has the confidence to once again hit the treadmill. I fully expect him to be fit for Liverpool now.
He's probably got four weeks and able to play before he's back on the field. He didn't have a mild strain. He had a significant strain because he's just starting to walk. He may have even had a fractured fibula with the amount of time out.

Anyway I am guessing based on my own experiences as a soccer player and a physical therapist. Hard to know because they don't actually say what was injured.

I see your point but I'm a fan of having strikers with different profiles so you can switch up the way you play when needed, its always good to have options. We have one big man in Havertz but the problem is that the other option is Jesus. Jesus is the Brazilian Lacazette, we should be replacing him asap and to be honest I don't care what profile they bring in as long as he's obsessed with scoring goals.

Gabriel Jesus should consider having simple hair cut rather than the weave. It will give him a psychological boost. Sterling too. Chelsea had so many of them last season and they didnt do well. Jesus should focus on training and he will be back in form
Extra time: Afternoon Charles & LeBenge James. (Fitness permitting 🙏) Does Saka get to 30 goal involvements in the league this season? I say yes, he’s already at 9. We’ll need to score around 90 goals in the league so it’s seems vital that our best attacking player is directly involved in about 1/3 of our goals. What a special talent he is, we’re so blessed to have someone who represents our club so well on and off the pitch.

He is the cause of the whole Martin Odagaard injury by playing him despite carrying a slight injury during the last international break. The stupidity of these international coaches is inconceivable. They are literally selfish to the core.
What would he know about fitness of a player he sees for few weeks a year?

Q- Should the EPL abandon FFP and instead introduce a handicap system which works in horse racing. Each team other than the newly promoted could be awarded negative points at the start of the season dependant on the position the club finished over the last, say 3 or 5 seasons. This should give every team a better chance of winning the league.
