Quick little maths fact for ya, a 33% lighter bullet is actually a bit better than you thought! It's not 33% more bullets you can carry per load for the same weight but 50%! Think of it like this: Let's say that a container weighs 3 ton and your vehicle can only handle 6 ton total. That means you can load two containers. But good news from R&D, they've developped you that bullet that's just as effective for 33% less weight. That means a container with the same number of bullets weighs 2 ton, meaning now it's exactly 3 containers that you can load onto your vehicle. The weight of an item and the quantity to meet a specific weight are inversely proportional, so s new one being 2/3 the weight means you can get 1/(2/3), which is simple to figure out as you can jist flip the fraction to get 3/2 or 1.5

Of course a level 3 is a level 2 before it’s a level 3 so when you consider that its impossible for the level 3 to not be useful because if you don’t want it to be level 3 just don’t upgrade it.
