The patch will do the job for now :) The B20B's with the Stromberg 175CD always chug when cold, only the back one has an enrichment valve. 'Course, my setup with two SU HS6 doesn't do much better and both get enriched, one frequently sticks and getting them balanced is fussy. . The exhaust 'should' feel damp since hydrogen and oxygen are part of the combustion and they combine during the process. Interesting that you could start it with the shifter not in park.
I think it was in neutral, but auto trans is ... not working well. The chugging is made worse because of (I think) a vacuum leak. Haven't started looking for it yet, but I'm getting the feeling its there somewhere. Also, still has an exhaust leak near the engine somewhere.... so patch didn't do much. More fun, more vids to come.
